Great property. Only issue was a problem regulating the air conditioner. Front desk was very concerned and matter was resolved to our satisfaction.

Marriott is always dependable for quality. The staff was very friendly inlcuding the porters/cleaning staff. The room was great, however the bathrooms definitly are in need of upgrade. My family really enjoyed the pool. Caveat: The rooms facing Overseas highway are noisy. The cars/motorcycles zooming down the highway start at 8:00 am. The buses and RV's that park on property pull up early. would definitley stay again on the pool side of the hotel.

The staff at the Courtyard was super friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and efficient. The breakfast was fantastic! The. property could use a little updating but overall it was a good place to stay!

I booked a room for five people for arrival on 4/3 depart on the 4/4. when I opened to check in on the emails resv. Said invalidate dates so I called the 800 number and agent told me that I should just check upon arrival, that there was a resv for us. When I checked in upon arrival, I was told my room was changed from one overlooking swimming, pool and ocean to a room overlooking the parking lot #123. Was given room because they needed original room for some large group when I booked resv I-was quoted certain price for the night. The new room was less I was told l was given disc for inconvenience. To me l was given rack rate for lower priced category room. So no real disc given. Person in charge was called in and gave me breakfast tickets for our party. House keeping brought in rollaway which good quality bed. French toast breakfast was a winner! Woman at check in was very combative and insistent she was correct, ex. l told her l had resv for 5 , she insisted it was 4 people. I showed her my resv for 5. That’s when she got mgr to intervene.

When we attempted to check in, we were told that we were being moved to another hotel. Our one night booking was being given to 2 or 3 night bookings. An email was sent to us earlier that day, but we were driving and didn't see it. The staff member was not very welcoming or sympathetic to our situation. I wrote to the hotel manager, but did not receive a reply.

For $500/night they should at least provide free coffee. Starbucks closes at 11am and is expensive for light breakfast

The property needed updated,I booked a king room,to find out when I arrived that my room was unavailable and had to take a double queen room, their explanation was that the hotel was booked up, not only did I get the replacement room the continued to charge me for the king room.

Basic clean hotel, on Rt1. Rooms facing the canal have a nice view but the ones facing rt 1 are loud and the view is the parking lot and a gas station.

Room was great and spacious, only issue was the toilet did not flush very well. Also would have preferred a continental breakfast instead of the breakfast we had to pay for.

Our rug was wet in different areas of the room. We asked for another room but they said they were fully booked. They had maintenance come up and he agreed the rug was wet and thought maybe they did a rug cleaning that day. He said he will speak to the front desk. We never heard from the front desk so I called the front desk and she said he never gave her the info. There was no resolution- we didn’t get offered points or any discount and we had to stay in room and wear slippers if we got out of bed. Unacceptable. Thankfully we were only there 1 night.

We had a great stay. Rooms were clean & very nice. We had a problem with our sliding door not closing. The staff got us another room so we didn’t have to stay in our original room. It turned out to have a view of the canal. That was nice.

Quick stay for a birthday party, generally very nice, a little dated and worn in the rooms, but still comfortable- think $300 a night for this hotel is a bit much, but know every place in the keys is expensive
