A hidden gem
We enjoyed staying in this lovely spot surrounded by bush and birds. It was a short stroll down to the well maintained gardens and picnic area by the river. Our hosts were delightful.

At one with nature
An older style of accommodation but the setting is sublime. A wander along the road and down to the river I encountered a chicken eating grapes, a clutch of Californian Quail, saw numerous native birds and passed the cluster of bee hives. For relaxation in a beautiful setting with honest and welcoming hosts this is the spot.

Very Rustic
It isn't the Ritz but extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped so easy o cook your own meals. We had an issue with the shower but the Manager was on hand to assist.

Thanks for the very honest review... our facilities certainly aren't new, but have definitely got character... especially the shower! We loved relating to you & thank you for leaving the cottage nice & clean!
