We have pool sign up times to ensure that we do not exceed the limit of people in the pool area for any given time and to make sure every guest gets a chance to use the pool during their stay. We are often very busy on the weekends and in the past we had large groups stay in the pool area for the entire day. This made it difficult for individual families to use the pool. Since having sign up times, we have not had an issue regarding guests not being able to use the indoor pool area due to overcrowding.
