I really liked the suite in 334. However the New York suite that we moved to on the 8th was not a 0. - Charging station had 1 plug not working. - Hair dryer did not work on setting #1 - Furniture was scratched up a lot. Over all for an extra $100 per night not the greatest value.

Great overnight stay. Close to shopping. Really clean but Older facilitiy. Great pub on location. Freindly staff and easy check in. Excellent stay.

The room was comfortable enough, but the room floors have carpet which is a personal preference. The furniture is average. The biggest downfall was the noise. We stayed in the second floor and the noise was above us and below us as well as right outside the door. There was very little soundproofing.

Rooms were clean with nice bedding. Towels and toiletries were supplied in the washrooms. The front desk dstaff were friendly and helpful.

The assigned staff on the front desk is superb! The building looked old but our stay was great. Always greeted by the front desk with smile. Five star for the guy at the front desk. Really sorry I was not able to retained his name.

Clean, comfortable, walking distance to lots of restaurant options, and very reasonably priced. Only complaint is the private swimming lessons that we’re going on in the pool at seemingly all hours of the day, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We found they took up most of the pool, and the observing families took up most of the poolside seating. We even tried going at different times of day to avoid, but were unsuccessful.

Needs some upgrades the carpets are badly stained. The wall are apparently thin and the doors must be slammed to lock properly. The staff at the front desk are terrible communicators and need some serious training.

I stayed at this Ramada for 6 nights. The room was very clean and spacious. I was traveling alone and I felt safe here. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable so I had no issues sleeping. I did not have a microwave in my room so I wasn't able to bring any leftovers back with me to reheat later. Overall I was happy with my choice of hotel and I would stay here again when I come back to visit family.

The property is certainly not the most modern however I understand it to be a sold property recently, so it stands to reason. The challenges I faced were the following; Tap doesn't work at the front desk Pop machine closest to the elevators on 3rd floor doesn't work Hockey tournament in town with several young kids running up and down the hallways screaming, shouting, etc...up until 11pm first night and up to 1030 PM the second night until the front desk clerks came up and finally put a stop to it. I have submitted a complaint to this hotel previously due to a bad experience, and heard nothing. I even sent an email to the GM and again nothing...so I don't expect to hear back on this one either....

Nice to have a pub and restaruant in the same building. Really need a makeup/shaving mirror in bathroom. Lighting in bathroom is poor.

Our stay was good. Great proximity to restaurants and shopping. Difficult to turn off Highway 97 to get to the hotel. We parked and then ended up being in a different building that was a bit confusing but we figured it out. Hot tub was not that hot.

I’ve stayed here a few times now. Orchard Park Mall is across the street great for shopping and easy food options. Smittys is attached to the building as well for easy food options.
