Clean. Tons of perks. Decorations were a little gaudy, but the effort to stand out and create a pleasant atmosphere was appreciated. The gym needs some work, but the cardio equipment works. It is situated close to the MRT and walking distance 15-20 min to pier 2 art district. Rooms were spacious, well maintained, and they even have sparkling water and free laundry room available. Above all, the service was outstanding. The employees went out of their way to help in every possible way and did their best to give you everything you asked for. Couldn’t ask for anything more from them. Nicest mid tier hotel I’ve been to in Taiwan so far. Best value by far.

從辦理入住到退房都很快速，工作人員很友善很親切，我的要求和詢問都很快得到協助，早餐很好吃，餐廳服務人員和藹可親，有求必應。洗衣房的設施是新的，我房間的電視選項跳掉了，飯店很快就來幫我解決，讚！ I had many good experiences with this hotel. From the moment I checked in till I checked out, the staff were always friendly, nice and efficient. The breakfast tasted great and the restaurant staff are very friendly and super nice to me and my mother. They remembered us and our preferences, made us feel lije home. Great experiences!

Impeccable service!
Amazing service and staff. Everyone was super nice and helpful and went out of their way to help us. Front desk, lounge, & dining areas the staff went out of their way to let us know the special events that were happening and what was available to us to enjoy. They were also the only hotel we stayed in outside of Taipei that had a festive Christmas atmosphere. We were greeted by Santa and an elf helper upon our arrival at the hotel. 😊. I would definitely return to this hotel on a future visit!

I thought this was a very nice hotel. My room had a separate sitting area with a couch, coffee table, TV, and tea preparation area. Only thing I would change would be to have some quality TV channels in English.

My initial reaction to walking into the hotel was outstanding and it didn’t stop there. The entrance is bright, clean and welcoming. Staff are attentive. The room was spacious and clean. A fridge and safe. Our room was cleaned everyday. Had a family mart a few doors away and 7-11 opposite, with other shops and restaurants located close by. The MRT IS 5 mins away. A shopping mall 20 minutes walk. Oh and I nearly forgot to say they have free laundry service and happy hour!!! Free snacks and Taiwan beer. I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

We chose this hotel partly for its location which is very close to the subway station. The service in general is excellent. However, the condition of the hotel is not what I expect from a 4-star hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. My wife had been in an accident and the staff were accommodating overall. Check in was a bit harried. The staff are forced to balance keeping the cars in front of the hotel moving against customer service and I felt pushed at check in to move my car when I was concerned with my wife's health after an accident. They did their best to balance their requirements but it was uncomfortable. Otherwise, excellent in every way.

所有工作人員都很友善且主動服務，早餐可口，菜色經常變換，一樓日料火鍋和三樓飲茶的出菜都很快，服務也好，10樓的自助洗衣設施解決了我長期居住的洗衣需求，7樓的VIP lounge是個很棒的附加價值的地方，飯店整體呈現和服務都很不錯，唯一美中不足的是有時房間的空調會排出異味。

Great stay
The room was clean, staffs are friendly. Overall service was excellent, from checking in to checking out. We are at the Cantonese restaurant inside the hotel and the food was great too. Definitely a place I will stay again!

Its location is very convenient for taking underground. It’s walkable to shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite, especially the ones at breakfast. However, the disappointing part of the hotel was that the water pipe works in the walls and ceilings were making a lot of noises when other guests around my room were using water. The worrying thing about my room was the smell when I switched on the air conditioner. It smelled like the sewer for at least 5 minutes before subsiding. I thought it was me being sensitive, but my guests who visited me made the same comment about the smell. I did like the fact that they provide a laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers for guests to use, as well as drinking water dispensers on each floor so guests have clean drinking water without having to buy bottle water. Breakfast items were quite limited for Western guests and mainly Chinese food, which were quite delicious when I tried. I would hope they improve the shortcomings and hopefully I could give them a better review when I visit Kaohsiung and stay with them again.
