"We arrived at the hotel around 7pm and check in was an easy process. Slightly annoyed that the room we wanted to choose was shown as available on their screen however it was rebooked for an additional by current guess. The room itself was clean and bed was comfortable. Our kettle was broken and reception replaced it right away. We asked for additional pillows and they were delivered immediately.
