"The outstanding thing about this place is the staff. EVERY single person was kind and helpful. Some went over and beyond. The bed was sublime and pillows awesome. I literally slept better than I have in YEARS!!! Wish I could have stayed there longer! I can deal with the not perfect state of disrepair for the comfort and kind, helpful people."

"BEWARE: this location does NOT offer a free continental breakfast. They charge $12/per person. I am highly disappointed my CHILDREN were charged this rate to eat a breakfast that is served at any other hotel as a continental. No way are eggs worth this much. Crazy. When I inquired about it stating free continental breakfast was offered on the Sonesta website, the lady waived her hand and said "Well" and shrugged her shoulders. You have to request your room be cleaned. This doesn't automatically happen. And on the grounds people don't pick up their dog poop. So watch where you step. We will not be staying at another Sonesta. The $12 generic breakfast charges were enough to make me not come back. Ridiculous."
