"Not very happy with our stay on May 14th. I addressed the issue of a broken blind as it only went part way down. I got very little sleep because the lights were shining directly in the window from the street and business as I was in bed. The morning on our way out Morgan said she would help us by a refund or such. She was going to call me, never did. I called later that afternoon and got another employee, left a message and no call back. I called another 2xs and NO response. I wrote a reply on hotels.com and no reply. Such a shame that we didnt have follow thru."
