Valet parking was way to expensive when there are off street parking way cheaper 1 block away They offer free shuttle well you can’t get shuttle cause it’s outside there area Uber everywhere price changes hourly Very disappoint I asked these questions ahead of time and was givin the opposite of what they really offer For the high price restaurants you need a reservation or you won’t get in Not even a night cap that’s impossible unless you call ahead Very rude bartenders and servers I was not impressed at all will never stay there again

Overall it was a great stay! The staff were super friendly and polite. The lobby was very clean and inviting. Our room was so spacious! I’ve never stayed in the room with so much room between two queen beds. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Hotel is ok, hard bed, a/c barely worked, elevators broke one morning. Bad area, lots of homeless people outside, seems unsafe. Some staff were great, others were rude. Overall wouldn't go back nor recommend.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. There is a lot of construction right now...so be aware that Google Maps does not have these detours.

Great location and neat interior of hotel. Room was on the 17th floor with great view of the city. Elevators are vintage - small. Breakfast was Buffet for $15 each. The breakfast ladies were friendly when questions but gave zero assistance unless you asked them - cost, where’s the water, do you have Orange juice, where do I sit, where do I get coffee… each question required me getting up and going to the counter and asking. Zero volunteered info. Buffett is self serve, water is in pitchers on counter, ask for orange juice or coffee, sit where you like. Parking is valet or self park. 6’ 5” clearance in garage for valet. The self serve garage just around the corner is 7’ clearance - just barely fit my Tahoe with roof rack. Overall - neat hotel, good location, friendly staff.

Had a decent stay here and it was a beautiful building. Not many amenities (no fridge, microwave etc in rooms) and a lot of the furniture was in rough shape. Nice location in Power and Light District, but would NOT recommend the restaurant in the hotel, especially with so many great restaurants within walking distance.
