Stopped for work .. place was sold out with unsupervised kids roaming around all night .. reception was busy and all snacks gone immediately with no restock and breakfast was even worse … nice place but don’t stay if sports stuff is booked u won’t enjoy your stay !!!

Staff was nice and place was clean. Only one elevator was working the whole time for a busy hotel so the wait was long everytime. Buzzing in the walls would come and go, almost like a cellphone on vibrate was stuck in the wall. Fire alarm went off a few times one night. No announcement was made to let us know everything was ok or not. Guests were not made to leave the hotel. I would stay at this hotel again because overall the place was clean and quiet enough with the place full of youth sports players. Good breakfast food selection and parking was easy as well.

You know the breakfast is really good. But the rest of my stay was a ghetto hot mess. The alarm kept going off, there was a fight, loud music playing, my room wasn’t ready, must I go on. This Embassy is in a good area but the hotel hospitality needs upgrading.

NOT THE ALARM AGAIN
The Fire Alarm kept going off after midnight. New Years Eve/Day It happened twice that night. I was told it happen on Saturday & Friday night before. I was wondering if kids were triggering that alarm when I stayed because there was ALOT of teenagers that night. The pool looked Dirty & the Hot Tub didn't look very clean. My Suite was very clean & the bed was comfortable. The Breakfast was very good.

Overall, it was a really nice hotel room with a clean and friendly staff. The breakfast is a typical hotel breakfast, and many may find it underwhelming. The pool was pretty small and quite loud if you have more than 4 or 5 people in it, so just be forewarned. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were great.

New years I get it’s about staying up late, but to be woken up 3 times at 2:20 am, and staff not being able to work the fire alarm panels having allowed guests to go into the back office to do their jobs is unprofessional to say the least. Then on top of that being asked this morning what I would like to be done better by the front desk associate. Terrible stay, bad attitudes, and lack of knowledge about the hotel has me scared to stay at another Hilton hotel.

Not the properties fault but they did not handle the situation. Teen aged kids running around until 4 in the morning constantly pulling the fire alarms multiple times. We stayed at the hotel but never slept at the hotel because of all the alarms going off every 20 to 30 minites.

Everything was superb. Front desk personnel Chris & Brent welcomed guests graciously. Bartenders Meredith & Rafael friendly hospitality. Omelette chef happy serving delicious food. However, the north parking lot lights were all out which caused a dangerous safety issue to guests, exposing guests and families to being robbed in the dark by asssilants whom could lurk in the parking lot waiting for an opportunity. I was appalled the lights were out all weekend with a sign to guests advising to park at our own risk, notwithstanding the Embassy Suite was charging daily parking. This was plainly wrong and not right and made me and my family uncomfortable

$$ daily fee for parking $$ other area hotels do not charge. Sign posted to be warned of car break ins. Only reassuring words at checkin were to keep tag visible in windshield ‘so hotel would know it’s supposed to be here, especially after midnight’. Very small pool area, workout room needs fans to move air and provide some comfort, gets very hot. The water cooler was empty. Pros: room was very nice and comfortable. Bathroom has no bath fan, how can a hotel allow no ventilation in a small steamy shower environment and not expect mold?? October 20-22, 2023

It's the original embassy so don't expect a brand new building. Everything worked tv's and remotes ac lights elevators and every thing was clean. the location is perfect to get around KC metro area. Breakfast and happy hour were as good as I expect in a hotel so no complaints. Staff was all friend and helpful if you need anything.

I like the welcome reception where you get 2 complementary drinks. However when I checked into my room there was hair all in my bathtub and I had a hard time charging my phone and tablet because some of the outlets were not working properly. Also there were kids running up and down the hallways without parental guidance. I didn’t sleep well.

Overall it was a ok stay, just supper busy with a soccer tournament and kids and adults running around all hours of the day and night. Only one working elevator which made it difficult the the kids playing on it and making it even slower. Breakfast was decent. Room was good except for the loud air conditioner. I’ve definitely stayed at better Embasy hotels.
