Give them some patience.
"The stay was good. The new owners had a couple of known issues, like the door cards weren't working. But they had staff members walking with you to your room to personally let you in. Regardless of this they accommodated several short notice bookings at a very low rate. I was happy with my stay."

"Excellent stay in Kanab. Perfect little cabin providing more privacy then a regular hotel. Very accommodating staff as we arrived a bit early for the check in time. Great stay for a great price. Would certainly stay again."
