An older motel that is undergoing a modernising process. Interior decor is a bit dowdy, but that's just superficial. Otherwise it is a comfy, welcoming and satisfactory place to stay. Excellent breakfast and overall good value for money. Would stay here again willingly.

Great. Fit six of us comfortably. Very clean and quiet. We paid for a roll away bed for my young daughter to sleep on. Beware! Not worth the extra $10, she would have slept more comfortably on the floor. It was all springs, and we ended up laying out the extra pillows on top of it for her to lay on.
We stayed for a week while visiting the national parks in the area. While the hotel does need some updating, it was definitely worth the money we paid. It's located in a quiet area, and the view from the pool area is beautiful! The water in the pool was pretty cold, though. (Even the kids didn't stay in too long!) But there was also a hot tub, so you could warm up after being in the pool. The hotel offered a limited continental breakfast in the morning (cereal, muffins, and toast), which was good. Lastly, the staff were really nice to us the entire week. We really enjoyed our week here, and we would definitely return!

We only stayed one night at Flagstone Studio, but this would be an excellent place as a central point to take day trips to various canyons and parks in southern Utah. It has kitchen facilities so you wouldn't need to have all your meals out. Would recommend this facility to others.
