"The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Best rest I have had in a long time! Staff are so lovely. Only thing I didn’t rate well was the day spa, not worth the price. I got better treatments on the street. Khao Lak is a very quiet place. You don’t come here for the night life. You come here to relax and do a few day trips or diving in the dry season. No diving between may and October as the islands are closed for conservation."

"the bed was horrible, made it difficult to sleep. i've stayed in plenty of hotels around the world and this was the worst. i needed multiple massages after sleeping in that bed. horrible quality. check in was also so long for no reason. we waited over an hour for our room and was harassed by one of the club representative trying to sell us a membership. she was very negative and left a bad taste to the welcoming"
