Quiet and restful
Propery was comfortable and very clean. Good base to get out and about to explore the coastline then come home and relax at the end of the day. Great Kitchen and bathroom and super comfortable bed. Great deck to relax on in the sunshine. Would stay again

Our third trip to the Catlins but first for friends. Steph was fantastic with communication from booking through to stay. House was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. Easy walk to the pub, beach and the local bush walk. Highly recommend.

The location is close to the beach and town centre. Check-in instructions were very clear. Great place for a family to stay in Kaka point.

Lovely home

Nice Haven near Nugget Point
This property was well equipped. The main bedroom was fine but the bed in the second bedroom probably needs replacing. Nice and close to Nugget Point. Warm and clean and tidy.

Family get-together
A group of seven older siblings and partners enjoyed the space, the substantial deck, and outdoor furniture. Bush surround was very attractive plus the view. Excellent kitchen. Stairs to bottom floor too steep for some of our group. A very enjoyable 3 days.

Kaka point was on point!
Wonderful 2 night stay, property had everything we needed, warm, beds were comfy, great kitchen and great water pressure in the shower! Loved seeing the different bird life hanging out in the trees. Will be back :)

Great spot near the reserve
Nice location near the walking tracks. Fully set up for kids with everything you need which was great for us. Nice views of nuggets with a big deck to enjoy from and clean and tidy property.

Property is spacious, tidy and clean. Stairs to downstairs part very steep but has childproof gates. Newly renovated/painted, downstairs part has an older feel but still clean.

Good size house, great location
Perfect holiday house for extended family with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Kitchen has modern appliances and is very well fitted out with cutlery, dishes, cooking pans etc. Large sunny and private deck with bush all around, lots of tui around all the time. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Great stay at Kaka Point.
We had some fun finding it as I had put in 6 instead of 5 Miro St which was big problem as it took us to the wrong end of Miro St and there wasn't a number 6! Miro St is actually in 2 sections with a bush reserve in between. Once found it was a lovely Bach with a view and a wood burner to keep us warm. It was well appointed and near to the beach
