"It would have been an above average stay, but our AC was broken. The issue was that they kept saying that they were going to fix it ASAP. We asked five times over the three nights that we stayed there and they kept saying that they were getting it fixed immediately and then never did anything. They didn't move us to a different room either."

"Outstanding breakfast buffet, spotless spacious rooms, and a concierge who went above and beyond. The staff were second to none, always checking on guests, and the Sky Bar views were breathtaking.
