Dear Mr Moodley It is wonderful to hear you enjoyed Manyoni Private Game Reserve. We strive to be accommodating to our visitors and their needs and we’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. As discussed in previous e-mails, the issue with the bill was an honest mistake due to commission deducted by the Expedia Group and the bill was immediately amended and explained before payment and departure. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. You are correct, some of our general rules at our establishment differ as we have catered and self-catering units, but we aim to treat all guests in the same manner. We apologise if you felt we treated you differently. Our water supply is from a pipe line which provides water to most of the lodges in the Reserve.
