"The receptionist, Wassem, was excellent. We had to wait as he dealt with two customers but he was good with us, his English better than our French. The room was clean but small as was the bathroom. "The building of course is someone’s home as are many B&Bs. It can improve its initial impression which is the entrance and tidy up the place in the lobby and dining area. "Air conditioning does not work and looks like probably not worked for many years. Decor is VERY tatty and looks like nothing been done for more than 20 years. It was very hot in high 30s during our visit so we had to have windows open but as it is more like a motel than a hotel we did not feel very secure having windows adjacent to public area open. Although they have a bar they ONLY serve alcohol if you buy a meal at same time."

"The cathedral view of this property is amazing. In general, the hotel is great - everything functioned, staff was helpful, rooms are really nice. We stayed in the annex, which was slightly less convenient (not a huge deal, though). And it took several hours to get a roll-away bed for our daughter. There is no shower curtain/glass on the bathtub, which makes it really hard to not make a mess. And there was a glass recycling facility right outside our room (not the hotel's fault, obviously), which was loud during much of the day. But the hotel itself was really nice, tons of restaurants nearby, great location."
