"Nicole from Front office was very helpful and kind. When I was booking the room, the hotel showed bathtubs. However only certain rooms with higher pricing had the bathtub attached. I didn’t know that until we went in the room late evening as we were out shopping one whole day. No bathtub in the room. We wanted to soak our feet and body. When we went down to reception, we met Nicole and I told her I thought the room had bathtub. She explained that only certain rooms. She was very kind to check if there were rooms available with a bathtub. She came back after checking and allowed us to change rooms without any extra charge that has a bathtub attached. So kind of her and it certainly made our night an even more memorable. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of staying in Johor Bahru."
