The premises were immaculate, but the road between the garage and hotel needs sweeping, and the area is litter-strewn. Well-trained, professional and friendly staff - the hotel deserves ***** for that.

This property was very conveniently located close to family, highways, and a shopping mall. It was also very clean and well managed. Security was great. I was surprised to find no elevator, nor a fridge/ microwave. On the other hand, the take-out service from local restaurants was easy and cost effective.

Pathetic
The property was pathetic. We didn't even check in. Was very spooky and dangerous and dirty. We had paid 3 days in advance and requested them to refund 2 days and charge for 1 day. The owner ran away rudely in front of us. Behaviour was preposterous. Don't even peep into the property. Thugs.

Thank you for your feedback. The brand standards for Town Lodges is a shower only. We do have the 4 star Courtyard Hotel with bathtub when you stay with City Lodge Hotels in future.

Convenient Business Hotel
It was good and businesslike, the staff tolerated us to work in a group in the lounge until midnight. Some snacks to eat in the evening would be nice, e.g. chance to buy a pizza or other simple food.
