"Valet at entrance in a busy area like the location of this Hyatt was really helpful ($53 for one night as of 6-5-26). The hotel is updated with a large dining room overlooking the Hudson River and downtown NYC which is superb. The room was very modern/updated, very clean, well lit, lots of outlets and lighting options, see through refrigerator so you don't have to open the door to see its contents or forget your leftovers. My room was quiet and comfy. This is a FANTASTIC option to staying in New York if you are sightseeing. The NJ PATH (micro train that takes you across the Hudson and into many different areas of NYC) is within 100 feet of the entrance to the Hyatt and the Ferry is another block down the river walk. The Jersey City Paulus Hook neighborhood is safe (I've worked here for 20 years), lots of restaurants, food trucks, lovely river walk, piers extending into the Hudson with wonderful NYC views, great breeze off the river, good pricing for rooms. I highly recommend."
