The good part of the Aston Pluit Jakarta Hotel & Residence is its staff, especially the staff in the restaurant and housekeeping department – professional, active and sincere. Special thanks shall be given to Arum, Devita, Wayan and another young girl who is in the reception position of the restaurant in the morning. Besides, my appreciation is also given to the housekeeper who prepare my room every day (normally after 7 pm) and the front desk staff Crestian and so on.
However, the major problem of the hotel is its facilities and room condition. The gym and swimming pool are both simple and small. The room is big, but the maintenance of the room is not so well, the tap is loosened in my room, and the water for shower is not hot at all (at most warm). Wi-Fi is neither fast nor stable in the room, and you even may find some ants in the room. It, unfortunately, counteracts the efforts that the hotel pays in raising the experience of the guests.
