This property is very old, dirty and very much in need of renovations. I did not like my stay as the hotel is very fealty and dirty overall. The property is not even worth of staying. What a shame that this is advertised on Expedia. Normally I book my hotels through Expedia and it had been always good.

We book two rooms and when we went to check in our rooms were not ready and vert dirty there was rat’s running around the lobby and bathroom was very dirty overall it was very dirty my kids got scared from rats and lizards on the wall so we left the hotel we did not stay there I request for my refund and they told me to talk to Expedia direct. So please gave me our refund.

The location of the property was best, all the tourist places were nearby. Staff were all great and welcoming includes guard, restaurant manager, hotel manager Mr. Biswas. Really had a lovely time and the property gives fully Rajasthani vibes with decor of hotel and rooms. Will surely be visiting there.

Such a nice relaxing place to stay after the noise of the city. Staff so so friendly and helpful. Rooms were great. Food was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone. We stayed here for two nights and tried to stay for two more. Unfortunately they were fully booked but I’m not surprised. Thanks to all the staff.

Terrible experience with a lot of inconvenience caused.This place keeps looking for ways to overcharge its customers. First they tried to charge for breakfast which was already included in the booking then after the checkout they charged for ₹1000 for a shower gel bottle claiming that we broke it but it was already in that condition and that too after the checkout when we went to collect our luggage. So, please look around when you checkin to avoid such situations. This kind of petty behaviour was not expected. Also, the place seems overpriced for the amenities and services they provide.

Good deal for a Suite with kitchenette
Good service apartment. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Family suite is bit smaller. Bathroom is small in one of the rooms food variety is ok, I was expecting bit more on local Rajasthani dishes. Taste wise, food was good. Tawa rotis were partially cooked

Upon arrival, I found that the toilet was not properly cleaned. When I called the reception, the cleaning person came within five minutes. The matter was remedied effectively and quickly. Apart from that, the roof top garden with grass and coffee tables are very nice. Beautiful flowers. Nice view. That is a plus.

Lovely clean hotel
So nice! Best shower in India! Endless hot water and great water pressure! Very clean, even for American standards, huge room with attached kitchen, nice clean breakfast, very friendly staff, and rose water soap! There's a park one block away if you want to go for a run

Overall, great value. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs, the onsite restaurant and available bakery items were a great convenience. Able to book tours as well as outsource laundry from property at a reasonable price. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to our friends.

Quiet hotel in location not far from the action
Good quiet location rooms spacious. Beds hard prefer softer personally but I guess can’t suit all tastes. Staff helpful and courteous.

a large place within a quiet residential area great service decent breakfast (had a la carte; buffet available only on peak seasons) AC is old and loud. I could not sleep with this turned on. Restroom is outdated and looks rundown. Dearth of restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Best for long term.
Not a touristy place. Many Indian families and expats who come here for a week to sometimes several months. It is part of the Niwas hotels of Jaipur: Arya Niwas, Jai Niwas and Tara Niwas. It is a suite hotel where all the rooms have a sitting area and a kitchen, the junior suites and the suites have a separate living room/kitchen. All rooms have a safe. This is my 4th time staying here.

Our family stayed for 2 nights in Jan 2016 and thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness, room service, restaurant, in house bakery line up and the attentiveness of hotel staff. Just a couple of minor things for the hotel management to work at are 1. Frequent disconnection of Wi-Fi... Had to enter the credentials (Username, pwd) every hour or so... Also the Wi-Fi credentials printer need to be changed 2. Portion sizes in the restaurant - Please introduce a family size along with the current portion sizes

Peaceful retreat
It's a tuc-tuc ride from the center of town, but that makes the air cleaner and the noise less. Residential neighborhood with other small hotels and guesthouses.

ドライヤーリクエストあとの対応 タオルなどのキーピングはよくないが、リクエストすれば対応した。 部屋は広く、まあまあ綺麗。 暑い時期はむしろが多いのでお勧めはしづらい。

I loved the room, the kitchen, newspaper free but the shower could be better and the cuirtains, darker. A lot of light from the wall glass in the middle of the room. Could put more options in the restaurant

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel nel periodo di Natale. Eravamo 3 amici e avevamo prenotato una camera con un letto aggiuntivo comodo. Ci è arrivata una brandina senza neanche un vero materasso. La camera era molto fredda. L'hotel non sembra attrezzato per il periodo freddo. C'era solo una piccola stufa elettrica vecchia e assolutamente insufficiente oltre che poco sicura. La 'suite' aveva una cucina piacevole con finestre su due lati ma il bagno non era confortevole. La colazione non offriva grande varietà. L'edificio è immerso tra alberi in una zona residenziale. Ci si può spostare solo con taxi.

最高でした！ 静かな環境で、落ち着ける内装、日当りの良い快適なキッチン、おいしい朝食（フレッシュマンゴジュースも最高）、親切なスタッフ、すべてが最高でした。 ビールお酒などは、歩いて５分ほどのローカルマーケットにあります。 マーケットと行っても，路面点です。

Die sehr geraümigen Appartments sind mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, separatem Wohnzimmer mit extra Fernseher, Kühlschrank, Kochecke usw. Die für indische Verhältnisse ruhige Wohngegend und ein sehr guter Service machen das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.
