Check-in with Conner was great! He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful - all things you hope for when you arrive! Our room unfortunately was less than stellar. We’ve stayed many times here and this was the first time our room had an “odor”… the sink faucet in the bathroom also had no cold/cool water so you had to brush your teeth with hot water - kinda gross. I did let the person know at the front desk when we checked out - hopefully they’ll have maintenance check/repair our room.

I had to pay for valet parking 35.00 a night X 3 days the booking agent from Expedia didn’t tell me that and I didn’t see it listed in the description of the property. They only had valet so I had to pay it and it was not in my budget.

Furniture was a little worn. Not enough valets out front. Other than that, it was a great stay! Lots of dining options near by, beach access and pool were perfect, and staff were super friendly.

Great, upscale property in a terrific location on the beach with the beach village walkable to many restuarants, bars, and shops. The property is starting to get a little old, however, and could use a little upkeep.
