Our room was clean and comfortable. The hallways were quite dated and not in the best of shape, but there appeared to be a lot of construction and upgrades happening while we were there. The food and service in the restaurant were excellent. The front office staff was welcoming and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The gym could use some serious updates but the pool area was very nice maintained and the rooms was large. I run around the hotel searching vending machines (as they were signage) but they were none.

The convience of the property being located close to the airport is a positive, the shuttle service was also very convenient. What is need is upgrades to the rooms and bathroom. The ceiling in the shower was peeling and mold. The coffee maker didn't work properly and the water came out of both sections which made water go all over my personal belongs. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly.

The front desk staff was wonderful, and our room was great. We were able to drop off the rental car the night before the flight and walk back to the hotel. It's an easy and safe walk. Then we took the shuttle to the airport in the morning. The outdoor pool looked inviting, too.

The A/C didn't work & the toilet didn't work. By the time we checked in and set the kids up in their beds it was too late to make a change because we had to be up for our flight in a few hours. Not worth it breaksfast not free there’s a fee for parking and the rooms are so mid. Airbnb will put these places out of business soon because the quality versus what you pay is not even worth it.Breakfast should definitely be include and parking

It is nice to have a restaurant/bar onsite. It is extremely close to the airport and the shuttle is always on time. Staff isn't always friendly that run the shuttle. It could use updating on the outside. The rooms are nice in the main building but the rooms by the pool are a little outdated.

The room (512) I stayed in had water damage on the ceiling and no fan in the bathroom (without a window). The shower curtain rod was rusted and barely hanging to the wall. The wheelchair accessible shower's water leaked all over the floor. The bed was sunken in terribly on one side, so much so that it was slanted. One day, we were even woken by the fire alarm.(Thankfully there was no fire.) The plus side is that the staff at the on-site restaurant were very friendly and polite.

Disappointing, subpar! I reported these issues to the Front Desk. 1. Rust on bathroom door hinges. 2. Holes on bathroon wall near upper door frame. 3. Shower soap containers (3), empty. 4. Closet inside door opens out and in ~ only supposed to open out. 5. Shower facet handle turns water off after a quarter turn, then on again after another quarter turn. 6. Several of the elliptical machines, a stationary bike, and treadmill are inoperative! 7. Surely breakfast hosts. 8. Paid buffet breakfast for four days. Ordered only coffee, and a yogurt. Why is coffee hidden in the kitchen? Why isn't the coffee available at the buffet staion with the other breakfast beverages.

Stayed overnite so I could catch a very early flight ( very convenient to JAX). The staff were great at front desk and at resturant. Liked the courtyard vibe with outdoor pool that allows for decent room to do laps. The rooms were clean. The shuttle to JAX much appreciated at “0’Dark Thirty”. Even with construction going on, the room and halls seemed aged.

Property was being repainted outside right by my back window and pool. Very noisy, beep beep beep as machines moved around. Restaurant was good and room service was fast. Nice breakfast buffet with lots of options for a fair price. Coffee was not available 24/7 which was disappointing. I thought that all Hilton hotels offered complimentary coffee. To be fair, if it wasn't under construction and there was coffee, i would've given 4 - 5 stars. Very close to airport with shuttle service.

The room was dirty and in poor condition. This place needs cleaning and renovations done. There were brown stains smeared on the bathroom light fixture and the door of the bathroom and closet. I’m completely disgusted. I always clean when entering a room with bleach products so I did a deep cleaning of the room. This place was filthy. I actually went and purchased bedding for the room because I didn’t trust theirs, its a good thing because the under-sheet had dried up blood stains on it. It’s right next to the airport terminal so it gets very noisy, especially in the early morning

Perfectly fine airport hotel. Crazily unwalkable though, can't even access the airport without a shuttle, let alone getting back into town.
