Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We do require a 100 incidental deposit at check-in. Unfortunately, it is near impossible for the front desk to go check every room during checkout time. However, we can check immediately upon request. Otherwise, the housekeeping staff notifies the front desk of any issues. We will contact any guest if damage, smoking, etc. is a concern. We also give the option for guests to provide the deposit in cash, which is returned upon checkout after a staff member checks the room before you depart. I hope this clarifies the deposit procedure and we hope to have the opportunity to host you in the future.

I am sorry to here that you felt dismissed regarding your concerns. I researched notes from your stay and see the front desk went to your room to check the shower with you, and did not find an issue. The staff is unaware of any complaint regarding pests or cleanliness of the room. We take any complaints regarding either of those issues seriously and would have been more than happy to move you to another room. I do hope you give us a chance to better serve you in the future.

Guests can choose the floor their room is located on, based on availability. I am showing you booked a 3rd-floor room. I am sorry to hear you have issues with the sanitation/cleanliness of your room.
