Generic airport motel at a fair price. Clean, well maintained, convenient. Desk clerk was efficient, polite. Breakfast isn’t free but lobby bar (beer/wine) is a bonus.

The staff here went above and beyond!!!! Accommodated us…we’re so kind and friendly. Our room was clean and we will stay again in a New York minute!!!!

Front house staff were kind, and very helpful for checkin. They even checked in with me when I was on my way out to dinner, asking if everything was good in my room! Great hotel, and crew.

Almost no sleep
No sofabed which i usse to help with my back issues. One of the main reasons i slected this hotel. Tv did not work. Maintenance got it working but then it would not completely turn off. Tub was very slippery. Hard for us older folks to stay standing

When wife and I went to shower there was NO cold water coming through the shower. water was hot enough my wife ended up blistered on her chest from the water. Also for an accessible shower it was great until you stepped out of the shower. water was all over the floor as shower curtain wasn't long enough to help corral the water and keep it in the shower. Got out and since I use a cane or wheelchair depending on how the day is going I slipped in the bathroom and hurt my left knee.

Great stay!
This hotel was superb! Carpet was so clean we didn't feel like we had to keep our socks on. Safe, quiet area and parked right out front. Check-in was quick and easy
