"Had to wait 2 1/2 hours to check in as room was not ready. Front desk would not let me talk to manager. She was very rude and kept telling me to keep checking back. Had to stand in a long line 4 times. I asked if she could text me when it was ready so I could go get something to eat, and she said no, I would just have to take a seat in lobby. When I finally got to the room , the toilet handle was broken and the fridge did not work. I was told that if I wanted to switch rooms, it would be a down grade and would have to wait a couple hours more. Since I was only there for 1 night and had already lost so much of my time waiting, I had to suck it up. Very bad experience. I would not stay there again."
