It was utter but complete disaster. Except the over night lady who was so helpful giving all what she could do. This is a hookup hotel on all fronts plus the people living there are territorial and clickish. I went to complain about neighbor knocking/beating on the wall, the desk agent told him I said he was beating on wall. Talk about safety and discretion smh he needs ample more training. Then the water was atrocious couldn't even take a shower the turn in Valve was locked.bhad to take ho bath frfr sad. I recommend other options elsewhere

The place smelled like weed. I had to clean the bath tub and toilet before i could use them. The sheets had dirt and debris in them from where they hadn’t been changed. I had to ask for new sheets and then remake the bed. There was a layer of dust covering the room. The only clean thing was the inside of the refrigerator. The ac was on its last leg. There weren’t very many people there, and it’s very clear why. I paid through expedia. When i got home they had charged the card i had on file for the deposit upon check in for the stay that i had already paid for. Then the clerk accidentally charged my card again while trying to recall the transaction when I called about it.

On arrival we were placed in a room that had a broken AC. It also hadn’t been cleaned after the las occupant. The building smells like water damaged carpet and urine. We were then placed in a second room that had zero linens. Beds were not made and no towels in the bath. Also dirty: the third room finally had AC as well as linens, but no shower curtain in the bath. And again, dirty. The worst stay I’ve ever had. There were several occupants along with myself having to fight for the simplest of amenities near midnight.

I have pictures of dirty sheets, burn holes in bedspread,dirty pillows, plaster on curtins, pee on toilet from a man. The 3rd floor and part of seccond floorbspells so bad of pot, i got sick. Wires coming oit of coffee pot cord. Ac does not work. Terrible, we are exhausted that we cant get back on the interstate. Scared to complain to front desk in fear of being messed with. Worst Place i have ever stayed at.

I travel a lot and unfortunately cleanliness is such a problem I bring my own container of antibacterial wipes. Had to wipe down the toilet and around it because of visible stains. Not ok.

Attendant was inside his car smoking weed by the front entrance as we walked in. Place reeked of mildew and cigarettes. We got to the room and it had not been cleaned. There was trash in the sink, bathroom was missing a door knob, sheets were filthy and had cigarette burn holes. We didn’t even stay and left after 15min. Does not appear anything similar to advertised pictures.

This experience sucked. My key did not work. The water basically ran in the tub all night not dripped. The appliance's (hair dryer and coffeemaker) looked like tgey had dried blood on them and were dirty. The mirror was on the floor and for some reason the fridge quit working and defrosted leaving water on the floor.

It wasn’t good it’s got crackheads behind the building the floor in my room was peeling and the hot tub was leaking. I had to use a towel to contain the water and I couldn’t get more towels at the front desk. It leaked all the way under the floorboards so it was uncomfortable walking around. Didnt give me a wifi code and our sheets had holes in them i definitely don’t recommend this place

It was horrific. Mold on ceiling. Staff not too open and friendly. Lied about having breakfast on website (NEED to change that). Rooms aren’t up to par. Horrendous!

Very Disappointed
The lobby area was good. It would make you think you were going into a very nice establishment. However, once you head for the room it is down hill. The elevator had cigarette burns on the walls. The room door wouldn't lock. There were cigarette burns in the sheets. We encountered some type of bug, not sure what kind. Needless to say, I couldn't stay there especially not with my 15 year old daughter. The room looked nothing like the pictures that are posted.

First of all, the guy that checked me in was a jerk meaning trying to be cute and thought that I was alone but my sweetheart came later.. he wiped that smile off of his face.. then got to my room he gave us .. the room was never cleaned, sheets weren’t changed... the Potty seat still had BM ring from the last person sitting on the seat plus the walls had watery BM where it looked like the potty got clogged up trying to plung it.. it gets worst.. then had the maintenance guy came and knocked on the door then took his key to come in on us... the last night I stayed then the jerk from the front desk did the same thing... I really want my money back from this place and I don’t recommend staying at this disrespectful place ever again

We were just oassing through and needed a place to stay. Did not realize how run down the property was and we did not feel very safe there as there were people around who appeared to be drug users. We had kids with us and did not leave the room once we were there because we did not feel safe going out of the room with the kids. The desk clerk, however was very nice and polite.

When I pulledbup to the property there were people loitering in front of the building and the surrounding area was very dark. I still attempted to check in only to find out my room was not available. The desk guy couldn't have cared less. No stars all around.

The location is right next to the freeway and the staff is very friendly. The only thing that was annoying is that my magnetic door key stopped working every single day and I had to have it reprogrammed every time I came back to the hotel
