One employee woke us up at 10 o’clock and said they were just letting us know check out was at 11. Came back every 15 minutes very rude. The breakfast was a joke. I think the health department should be called on this place is not safe for anyone to stay at.

Very dirty motel, lamps broken in the hall, very dark hallways didn’t have towels in the room. Had a leak under the sink,stains on the sheets and towels that we did get after we asked for them twice and the curtains were all ripped a shreds. The Steph boy that work there barely said two words to us set a room number out loud for everybody to hear bulletproof glass broken phone from the 80s or 90s you’re supposed to call him with when you get there they make you wait forever and pay a $50 cash deposit and don’t give it to you until they check your room

Smelled of pot and cigarettes. Noisy inside and outside. Did not feel like a safe area. Unsure of the cleanliness- did not look or feel clean at all. Big long hair in the bed, so many things run down and need of fixing. Did not even venture to eat here. No working smoke detector in room. Avoid.....

I know not to expect much from staying at 2 star hotels.. that doesn't allow for the staff to be rude and inconsiderate.. stayed for 7 nights and not one time was i asked for any type of service.. no toilet paper.. new towels.. nothing!!! Along with the 5 fuzzy TV channels the 6:30am hallway vacuuming and dirty breakfast i regrettably had to extend my stay and was charged $40 for the 4 hours in-between checkout and check-in to stay in the same room.. so that means i had to pay $40 for them to NOT clean my room.. I am Platinum level on Expedia and stay in hotels most the year and have extended my stay more than i can remember..NEVER have i had a fee for this..

Many of the outlets in the room did not work. There was no ceiling light, just exposed wires. The towels were in poor condition as were many things in the bathroom. The vending machines didn't work properly. Despite the building being labeled as no smoking, the smell of smoke was present throughout the building.

Hallways and hotel rooms smelled like cigarettes even in the non-smoking rooms. White linens, pillows, and towels were all blackened from overuse and not being cleaned. Shower pressure/temp were nice though

The room had roaches, dirty towels, and no toilet paper. I waited 30 minutes to get checked in nobody was at the front desk. The free breakfast is awful only containing cereal.

Plus - friendly staff: convenient to stores: newer lamps, beds, dressers, refrigerator; quiet. Minus - Much need to repair. Rusted shower drain (no stopper); holes in tub; Sticky floors (had to wear shoes); Electrical outlet in bathroom held on by scotch tape;TV snowy with lines and only 4 channels; holes around heating unit (had to stuff with towels); no breakfast offered (Sunday); outside sidewalk full of cigarette butts; grimy reception area (including phone). Hopefully, this facility is in a transition/repair mode.

DO NOT book at this hotel! I booked a room for clients of mine for an overnight stay at this hotel through Expedia. I have been fighting for 3 days now to get my money back. When my clients arrived they said it was filthy the front desk person looked gross as well and he stated that they require a CASH deposit with no receipt (WHAT?) which I told them not to pay. Booked them in a different hotel, so they never even stayed here. Now trying to get my refund, Choice Hotels has no record of my reservation and this hotel denied my refund through Expedia.

I stayed at Quality Inn in Jackson, MI. What a bad experience. First, I tried to check in at 2:57 and was told check in was at 3. Then, when I did check in; my key card did not work. The young woman who checked me in opened the door for me. I was able to get in when I came back from supper. The light switch at the door of the room does not turn anything on. The mattress is not very good. So when I got up and planned to take a shower, ZERO hot water. Continental breakfast is a joke! I couldn't get back into the room so a guest tried to help me. He told me, in Spanish, that the workers were upstairs. So I went looking for them. When I found them I was told I shouldn't be there and should have called from the desk phone. They wanted me to go back down and call. I ask for help getting into my room and was told they would be there in a minute. Mind, I had been trying to get into my room for about 10 minutes. I then made a HUGE mistake which is not like me, but I said, then get your butt down there and open my door. Her mother told me to not use that kind of language and threatened to call the cops on me. What a horrible experience! Please spend the money and stay somewhere decent!

The room was scheduled 2 bed but only 1. The curtain was ripped badly and no privacy. Bathroom was nasty. Had to call to get someone to come check me in. Breakfast was almost non existent for food. The hood lived there. Never ever return.

Half the outlets didn’t work. Bathroom door was barely hanging on its hinge. Refrigerator plug couldn’t reach a plug. Dingy linens and towels. And worst! They were vacuuming the corridor at 7 am on a Sunday!

Terrible. Won’t stay again.
Hotel is VERY run down. Fridge didn’t work, and room smelled funny. Breakfast was too scary to chance eating. They decided trying to vacuum at 10:30pm and again at 6am was a good idea setting all the dogs in the hotel off… and I could find no one to check me out in the morning. I called the number like it said and walked around trying to find someone. I ended up leaving my keycard and a note that I was leaving.

The mattress was soft most likely from many years of use, the whole building was shaking when the front door closed and our neighbors had the TV running so loud during the night until we asked the night manager to ask them to lower the volume at 3.30 am. The staff was very helpful.

Definitely not a 4.7 star hotel, more like 1 star!
The first room smelled terrible, second room was better. The charged a $35 per dog per night fee, a $50 deposit for what they never said, the lady at the front desk was very hard to understand, beds were hard and lumpy, half of the tv channels didnt work. If you want someplace to get a couple hours sleep, it will work, but not for a pleasurable weekend stay.

Mediocre at best
We checked in at 6:45 pm and our room was not ready. They made us wait 30 while the room was made up with no discount. Bathroom sink was backed up and would not drain. Vending machines were inoperable ( we were tired and wanted a soft drink.) We got over 12 inches of snow overnight. Parking lot and walk ways were not cleared.
