I have stayed here before because of the location and 2 bedroom suites available. Our room could use additional cleaning as the bathroom shelves were dusty and the backsplashes had spots on them. We specifically requested our room cleaned daily ahead of time online and with the cleaning staff on our floor one day while leaving out only to return to a dirty room. We were then told at the front desk that they only clean every 3 days of your stay-unacceptable. Breakfast is good and exercise room should have water available.

Great location, attractive lobby and nice breakfast. Reported burned out light over vanity on first day…reminded desk every day… still not fixed when we left 5 days later.

I didn't like the fact the lady behind the desk saw us drive up to the door at night and quickly went to the back and didn't provide a greeting or assist us on our check in.

Very good stay - not quite excellent
We have stayed here several times, including week-long extended stays, for work with a non-profit organization we serve as volunteers. The staff and facilities are always very helpful, positive, friendly, and speedy :) This time, though, it has been after a couple years of COVID non-travel. I noticed that we did not have the full coffee service replenished (no cream/creamer), and there appeared to be some beginning signs of a dark (mildew?) along the base of the shower. Breakfast staff were as always helpful, but the offerings were not what they used to be. Hope they keep up the great location because this is our first-choice stay when visiting Jackson.

The room i booked online was not available when i checked in. The room provided was super nasty and they tried moving me to the room booked the next day but after viewing it I cancelled my stay. There is a terrible dirty carpet smell, stains on the walls and couches and it was not suitable for my family. They also never refunded my stay as they stated.

Very nice hotel.
Hotel was very clean and was conveniently located for us. I liked the proximity of the District. Nice to walk to restaurants. All of the staff we encountered were very pleasant and did a good job.
