"The cleanliness and overall condition of this hotel was very disappointing. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed spots and stains on the floor that appeared to have been overlooked during cleaning. The bed dust ruffle was also visibly dirty, which raised concerns about the housekeeping standards. Even more concerning were the bed sheets. Instead of appearing fresh and clean, they were a dingy gray color rather than the crisp white sheets guests would reasonably expect. This made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. The lack of maintenance extended beyond the guest room. In the hallway, the wall trim was hanging loose and appeared damaged, creating an unkempt appearance throughout the property. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and upkeep. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet basic expectations, and I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests."

"The room was clean. Had this really awesome mirror for the vanity. Plugs at vanity didn’t work. The staff came and replaced towels without touching anything which was great. It was basic which was fine."

"This place should be condemned and bulldozed to the ground. Shame on you, Hotels.com, for allowing this rat cage to participate! Cheap should not mean gross, dangerous, or uninhabitable. Grimey floors, sprung beds, broken elevators, NO shower curtain, nasty towels, and residents who look like drug addicts, derelicts, and criminals is not worth ANY amount of savings. Your armor is chinked. Your credibility is compromised. You owe us for quite a disappointing and disgusting experience!"

"The room was not as clean as it could be but the staff was so nice that for a one night stay I was very pleased. The front desk agent was the best. She was so nice and sooooo helpful. The next day the lady that helped with the breakfast was so nice she went and got the foods to accommodate my food allergies and the food and selection was really nice."

"I looked at the recent reviews and was incredibly put off. I will be honest. At first, if I had had the option of cancelling, I would have. But I didn't. So I went inside. And this is why I'm giving 4 stars. Because it was nothing like any of the reviews I'd seen. I got out of my car and checked in. Grabbed my bags and handed off my keys to the valet. Now the first room I was put into, the A/C didn't work. But they were very prompt in trying to fix it and when it could be fixed I was moved to another room where the A/C had been checked and was working. The room was clean, there was no smell in the lobby or hallway of pot or other paraphernalia. In order to use the elevator to get to the floors with rooms you must have a room key so that's a bit of safety that I appreciate. There was no noise at night from either the street or hallways. There is a security guard or two who monitors and walks the property constantly. And the valet was always timely in retrieving my vehicle for me. I did not eat here so I can not speak to that. The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because the only parking available is 1) Valet parking at a fee or 2) Street parking. I simply did not feel it was a good idea to leave my car on the street so I had to pay for parking. I wish I had known that when I booked."
