while in a commercial area location is good to walk to clock tower , sea front , old town and Alsack . Bus / tram/ subways are close by but i did not test it out . Parking may be a challenge but can be found 10/15 mnts away. We were there for two nights touring Izmir and this worked for us . Check in and out was smooth . Rooms are spacious and clean . Bed and linen very comfortable and clean . Good breakfast with hot options . The staff are gems .. concierge , chamber maid, reception, catering staff to management all know and practce amazing guest service . Overall very happy with the stay.

The property was clean. Room was modern and well.decorated. staff were very friendly and always tried to.please. Breakfast was great. It is a buffet breakfast with everything you could think of to eat. The menu had changes on it daily. It is a short walk from all major tourist attractions. Would definately stay again if visiting Izmir.

Stylish hotel, well kept and clean. Location is very good and not too far from the attractions like the bazaar and the ruins! Really friendly and attentive staff who helped me out with things to do in the area. The room was spacious but the water in shower was a little lukewarm.

Absolutely amazing hotel!
Absolutely amazing hotel. Real peaceful atmosphere. Most of the staff were very friendly & professional and the guest relations manager does a great job. The hotel is very clean and housekeeping very good at keeping it that way. Everything was spotless. The breakfast was lovely; full of variety and I enjoyed the omelette. There are 2 lovely birds in the dining area; a gorgeous parrot that loves company. I do feel sad that caged birds are kept but I saw that they were both very well taken care of. The hotel is in a not so good part of the town but to be honest it did not bother me and as a lone female walked alone at night to the pier without problems as it’s busy main road with sellers of all sorts of merchandise. If I had one criticism of the hotel it is that I asked for a non smoking room and was given a smoking one. Do make sure you insist on a non smoking if you don’t smoke. To be fair to the hotel they did offer to move me the next day but by then I had become accustomed to the smell and couldn’t be bothered as it was New Year’s Eve. I am going back to stay there 100%. 5 star quality for their 3 star rating.

Good Central Hotel
Very central hotel on the metro line. Good breakfast provided, room on the smaller side but very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Enjoyed a 1-night stay here - the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was extremely helpful. Improvements they could make - brighter lights in the bathroom and not locking the AC at a low of 74 degrees F as it was far too hot. Warning: do not use Google My Business to locate this hotel as it will send you to the bus station. You need to grab the address off of their direct website to ensure you are going to the right location.

Close to the bus stop, where you get off from the Otogar. Room are a decent size and nice options for breakfast. About a 25min walk from the centre and 10min walk from Kulturpark (a large park)

The area is a bit industrial but overall an excellent properly. You will have to walk around 20 minutes to get to the heart of the nicer areas of Izmir. It is close to a very nice Pier with lots of shopping and dinning. The room was very large and updated. I loved the water pressure in the shower. I would definitely stay here again! The staff was very nice and professional and spoke English.

We loved our stay. Great facilities (very functional business - like hotel) - super friendly and helpful staff - absolutely top notch breakfast with Turkish specialities and excellent coffee (lattes). Noisy all night. My shower door was broken and dragging. The water wasn’t hot, just barely warm. The breakfast was lacking. They didn’t refill the foods that were empty. But the staff was helpful and kind.

The staff here was immediately helpful meeting us out front to park our car and get our bags. They were very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that some rooms allow smoking, so even though our room was non smoking and smelled fine; at night trying to sleep we could tell one of the rooms next to us or below allowed smoking with people up until late smoking with the smoke going through the vents. The rooms were very clean and comfortable in every other regard.

Staff is 5 star all the way !
The most amazing staff tops this hotel off!!! I would give this hotel 5 stars if it was not for the construction demolition going on next door. Which is sadly not their fault. Rooms are smaller but spotless. TV was awesome in a mirrored wall. Shower was largish with plenty of hot water.

A great business hotel at a great price, especially if you need something in the busy center of Izmir and don't mind lack of views (it looks down on a busy street with buildings undergoing construction). Good staff. Amazing breakfast. Very clean room and shower. Our stay was short, wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel is in the middle of the retail area in a working town, not a tourist area. The hotel itself is gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The staff, in all areas, were outstanding and we were looked after very well. Breakfast was included and had a great selection of food and there's a cute wee bar. There's no on site restaurant but there's a lot of restaurants on the pier which is about a 1km walk. The bed was very comfortable but we could have done with another pillow each and a larger size duvet. The bathroom was well set out and the rain shower had great pressure. Toiletries were generous and included a fabulous wee loofah style body washer. A great place to stay in downtown Denizli.

Emens exceeded our expectation, very clean and renovated hotel in a great location right across cemeralti with lots of dining options. The staff were amazing, all speak english very well and available anytime of the day/night. The breakfast buffet was my most favorite part. Can’t wait to go back soon.

Excellent value for money
I had an excellent two-night stay and I can't think of a single negative thing to say about this hotel. My room was spacious and comfortable, the shower was as near perfect as a shower could be, the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful
