Stayed for 6 nights. Decent size room with a comfortable bed and updated furniture. Very clean hotel overall. Staff was also very nice. Absolutely would stay there again

A beautiful hotel, the view is beautiful, the staff were really nice, the swimming pool was warm, and the temperature outside the hotel was 6 degrees. I would like to stay there again.

This whole trip by Expedia was better than expected- the hotel is just amazing / the shuttle service to and from the airport/ the flight - highly recommended.

Room was nice and clean staff were friendly. However the tv was restricted so you could not use any hdmi ports so unless you speak Turkish it’s pointless having a tv. Breakfast was also ridiculously priced. It was around 850 lira which is around £23. I think considering I paid for the room I should be able to use the tv how I want, they do not even offer and movies you could purchase so it doesn’t make sense to restrict it for guests.

First class hotel with spaciousrooms and excellent food , lovely pool and jacuzzi with amazing views from the rooftop restaurant
Location is poor for public transport and we had to rely on taxis , and coming back after a day of sight seeing with very congested traffic took ages and was frustrating
Also there are 2 very similarly named Renaissance polar hotels which caused more confusion among the taxi drivers
Staff at hotel were extremely kind and helpful with ordering taxis and helping us to print out boarding passes
In particular Bellbog Emir who was great

This hotel was brilliant, and cannot fault the staff they were all excellent nothing was too much trouble whatever time of day also very friendly and approachable. The room was spotless and we had a wonderful view of Istanbul overlooking the Bosphorus. All in all a very enjoyable holiday and will definitely stay here again

This hotel was in the perfect spot near restaurants near the bus stop and had all the amenities I cud ever need. The staff was amazing and helped make our last few days amazing I can’t say enough good things I hope to stay here again

The rooms were well appointed and very clean, however the area as little lacking and the facilities are a bit hit a miss. Definitely a business or medical procedure hotel!

Property with nice rooms, I reserved a suite which included club access but the club area seemed closed! The food was very good as were the drinks but breakfast was a little lacking!
I mentioned a couple of issues with my suite which seemed to go by them and not be sorted

Overall OK hotel, kind of older hotel (~10 years old) that doesn’t look like 5 stars hotel. Staff were very helpful and nice.
Bathroom floor was not clean when we checked in.
Room cleaning service was not consistent, and they forgot to replace towel once during our stay.
Breakfast was not included in our room and it was too expensive in the hotel.
Not sure if I would go back.

Very clean, friendly staff, great location, and good restaurants who serves delicious foods. Breakfast buffet is amazing with variety of food choices and drinks. Spa is very clean that you can enjoy and relax. Highly recommended to everyone who wants to visit Istanbul, Turkey.

A very nice hotel great restaurants inside hotel also great service from everyone there. We did have to Uber/cab everywhere we went but hotel felt right in the middle to basically anywhere you wanted to go! I would definitely recommend

I like the people who work there. I think it is one of the best strengths of this establishment there. The employees ask if you need help and they are friendly, polite, professional, and personable.

Bathroom smells either like cigarettes as other rooms seem to smoke and it circulates. Other times bathroom smells like sewage, so disappointing for a so called 5 star. They never actually listen to client’s request always forgetful and apologetic.never got us a taxi, never listened to our request while leaving the hotel. Too many staff in the loby doing nothing
