The staff at the Palazzo Donizetti Hotel is fantastic! Mehmet (F. B.), manager at the breakfast / restaurant is great. I can't stress enough how good the staff is. The main problem with the hotel is Internet connectivity. In my case, connectivity was essential, as I was planning to work remotely from my hotel room. However, the hotel room had no connectivity. Then, I had to go to the lobby every day for remote work. Furthermore, even at the lobby the connectivity was very bad. Thus, I decided to go to a Starbucks nearby to work. I expect this feedback to be constructive. If they do fix this service, then the overall experience will improve much.

Been staying here since 2013 at least 3-4 times a yr. Excellent location,service,hospitality and cleanliness , never any complaints. This trip was definitely the best as they have a relatively new team on board with Ms dilara as reception manager, always ensures the guest is her priority. She welcomes you with a smile from chk in through to chk out . Extremely dedication to her job and to the guest.she ensure the cleaning team and all other staff serve the guest with highest level of hospitality. Special thanks to the cleaning team in my floor Ms Menice who ensure the room is cleaned throughly and crisp linen and towels ,and the lovely team of Emrah, Hassan,Gokay. Thank you and look forward to visiting again. Super excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
