PC bills itself as a luxury resort and if you come in expecting White Lotus levels of luxury, you are probably going to be disappointed. Lines can be long for check in and breakfast buffet, and there are a few quirks here and there (slow service in the restaurants, lack of temperature controls in some rooms) that might irk. But the staff is very friendly and the setting is lovely and the bed I slept in was crazy comfortable.

Good hotel but noisy
Hotel is nice but very noisy with loud music till at least 11.00 am most nights. Noise is very bad if you are on the Mountain View side. After complaining to senior manager we were moved to opposite side where it was quiter.

Terrible customer service. My room had drilling noise all night and could not sleep. Air conditioner kept turning off. I complaint and nobody cared.

Pretty disappointing
The food served at the hotel is nothing to write home about. Their Nadia restaurant is a place one should avoid at all cost as it is poorly managed. The prices are way over the type compared to the quality on offer. The service is also below par and doesn’t match the star rating awarded to this hotel.

Website description wasn’t accurate it said Mountain View and they wanted to charge me extra for it that was upsetting plus the room was so noise in the upstairs from it and room wasn’t clean deeply dust flying everywhere

The room was not clean at check in. There was lipstick on one pillow and hair in the bed. Inexcusable. The food is expensive and mediocre. The chinese restaurant in the PC is Lahore is far better. Music is played every weekend evening at maximum volume until mid-night. Great if you want to party. Not so great if you want to sleep. Overall I would not stay at this hotel again. Its not even close to a 5 star hotel.

It used to be a nice hotel that I visited more than 20 years ago. It is now overcrowded, staff is not well trained and does not know how to attend to the needs of guests. Food is poor quality

So bad i am lost for words
Going back after 20 years when this hotel started in early 90s. I have to say one of the worst experience living in a hotel in my life. I will never ever go here and recommend anyone who reads this to consider alternative sites. Don’t go by the brand. It is not worth it. Please.

Executive Room No 517 was having a joining door with adjacent room, noise were coming from the adjacent room overall it was an restless stay. Washroom was not clean and maintenance was also due. Unable to take pictures other wise you can see here.

I have stayed in PC hotel in lahore and many other places but never been to any problem. Booked this hotel as a gift to my cousin for his wedding gift. First day they checked in to there room because room hot water wasn't working they put them into normal room instead of the same room and after fixing for couple hours they went back to there room and the room condition wasn't 5star and i would never recommend it to anyone. Very bad service even when i spoke to manager over the phone he didn't really care.

Positives: staff was wearing masks Good security at check in Courteous staff Decent breakfast buffet is which is included in price Negatives: Level of cleanliness is that of a motel. Not sure if they are following many SOPs for covid. Our room and bathrooms were dirty with stains when we got the rooms. Lobby carpet was filthy Food quality extremely poor. We ordered a burger in cafe and beef smelled rotten Dinner Buffet quality at Nadia is under whelming. They have no system of prioritizing guests who are staying vis a vis people who are just visiting. We tried to reserve table and got conflicting views from front desk and reservations. They let in too many visitors and they are swarming the lobby which leads to a sub premium experience I am not the foodie type so I won’t complain about quality of food at dinner buffet. I was expecting good service at minimum and waiters were running around with their head cut off like chicken. We had to ask multiple times for water and other things. After spending over a thousand USD for a weekend. at check out the clerk asked me if we took a chocolate candy from the minibar - we didn’t. Room view with lanai are mostly of their garden. Frankly views were just ok and we had thr executive room Overall I feel it is overpriced. People don’t have good alternatives in this area so they take advantage of their brand. There are better less known options in Bhurban but you have to find them

This resort is a gem. Hidden away in a beautiful mountain location, it is a relaxing and luxurious experience. Fantastic food and superb service. The only inconvenience was getting there and the very high security. But to have a get away from the hectic and to feel safe, these may be necessary.

Overall it was pleasant stay. Wanted a twin room but unfortunately hotels.com shows only king / twin bed in its option. So I requested for a twin room but unfortunately didn’t get it as it was not available. Secondly, our room was on 2nd floor that too a corner one so the mountain / valley view was obstructed by trees so felt pretty bad about it.

I was charged an extra guest fee. But no additional roll away bed was provided. The guest was accommodated on a mattress on the floor. Breakfast consisted of a selection of fruits to share between three people. I was given one banana to split amongst three guests. Overall the room was clean.
