"We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time... The hotel is very sensely located and a 5 minute taxi ride away from the port. FYI taxi to the hotel is 20 euros. Hotel is beautiful and has a classy old timey feel with modern updates. Reception was fantastic and so helpful... They arranged a scooter for us for 35 Euros for 24 hours, suggested restaurants, booked the spa for me via phone... Welcome bottle of prosecco and sweets was very kind. The room was beautiful and spacious, well...

The bathroom was excellent with a really good shower that you really want to spend time in. All the hotel staff where fantastic, super friendly and extremely helpful. "The property is very dated for the price you pay and the gym is unusable and should not be advertised. It smells and has no air conditioning. Breakfast quality is average but the restaurant staff are lovely."

"The Continental Terme has plenty of space, the rooms are a good size and comfortable. We like the gardens which cover the different areas of the hotel. There are three pools which are great. "

"The Hotel and customer service was outstanding. In particular, I wish to thank the Reception Desk who were so very helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful, set in lush tropical gardens overlooking the Bay of Naples. With 2 lovely swimming pools and down the stairs a bit, access to a private platform and sun lounges right on the sea. Breakfast and the restaurant including service, were also excellent. Added bonus for us: Pet Friendly!"
