Our floor was all sticky and covered in hair. The sinks plugged up, our window was broke so anyone could just open it and come in it.

The room was nice. The price was excellent. My only issue was they should be more careful when they place someone in a room who does not have dogs I did not get any sleep because I had a dog on each side of me and one across the hall and they started barking at 3 AM, and then I was woken up again at 5 AM with the same issue. How about keeping dogs on one end of the hotel and people who do not need to bring their dogs with him when they travel on the other side.

Not a clean hotel
The staff were friendly and the service was great. However, the hotel is in poor condition and very dirty. Stains on mattresses that I could see through the sheets, the pillows were very stained and the floor was stained and rough. Bathroom was also physically dirty. Breakfast was not good, no fresh items or fruit.

This is an older hotel and it shows. Worn carpet and small rooms. Shower water was warm but not hot. Staff was very friendly and rooms were very clean. Morning breakfast was heavy on carbs, but coffee was good.

Rude Front Desk and Fake Billing Charges
So I am off property taking photos on my vacation and my roommate is fast asleep, only to be awakened by an irate front desk employee suggesting "we have complaints about smoking pot in this room" to his astonishment. He denied doing so (he does NOT smoke pot) and invited her to step into the room and confirm for herself. Instead she bolted off and put a $300 surcharge on our room charges (which immediately reduced my available funds in my checking account impacting on my trip). The next morning I confronted the front desk who told me the manager was unavailable and in Colorado. I mentioned that a retired attorney if they don't refund that $300 (their warning signs say $250 BTW!) I would file a lawsuit for conversion of my property without legal process. It took two days for their BS charge to be removed from my account, after I'd already returned home. Vacation ruined. Never again will I stay here.

1). daily room cleaning was only adequate - bed sheets were not changed for 3 nights and only pulled over , not properly made each day. 2). Old coffee was left in the pot, which I had to move to get to an outlet and plug in.

During my stay it was quiet. Room was clean, breakfast had a pretty good selection of breakfast totems to choose. Would have liked a lamp on the table it would made it brighter and no usb ports to plug in devices.

Excellent staff, efficient and helpful. Ask for dinner suggestions and she suggested an excellent place. Room & bathroom clean. We asked for non-smoking & no pets as we have allergies and asthma.

While the staff was friendly the facility was dirty, carpets not clean, generally unclean all around. The breakfast was mostly prepackaged sweet pastries or muffins, cold cereal. They did have a pancake machine, but no fruit, and one morning they ran out of yogurt.
