"Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Quiet, clean and friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Easy walk to trolley service, buses, restaurants and entertainment. The immediate area is going through a bit of improvements but we had no issues. Breakfast is fine, good coffee, orange juice and waffles and a great staff."

"My stay was okay overall. The staff were very friendly, which I appreciated, but a few issues held the experience back. There were no luggage dollies available in the lobby, which made checking in and out a bit inconvenient. During my stay, the elevators went out of service, adding to the hassle. The room itself was mostly fine, but I did find some hair on the shower walls, and the drain cover in the shower wasn’t secure. Not a bad stay, but definitely room for improvement."
