Entirely satisfactory. I forgot my phone charger and the staff at the front desk were kind enough to lend me one. Excellent service.

"Great hotel"
Great stay. Upon check in the clerk was very helpful and gave us upgrades and late checkout due to us missing the complimentary social hour w/ free drinks. Room almost looked like a small apartment, dining area, small living room w/ couch and TV and a separate bedroom. Breakfast in the morning was a huge buffet w/ bacon, eggs, sausage, potatoes and an omelette bar. It was pretty crowded but there was plenty of space and the service personnel were quick and polite in clearly tables.

"Quick night"
Only staying one night to literally move family member to Baltimore ; We had late arrival, left very early. The area was swamped with Ohio football fans, so rates were very high everywhere. Hotel is not RIGHT in harbor area, cabs are required but I think we lucked out because of the major fan base that had swamped the harbor area.

"Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff."
We were looking for a hotel that was affordable and located close to Baltimore's Inner Harbor. We were extremely satisfied with The Lord Baltimore. The hotel and room were beautiful and clean, the staff were extremely helpful, polite and full of valuable information. I would definitely recommend.

"Baltimore on a budget!"
Hotel had many amenities for the price we paid through Expedia- decent pool and hot tub. Sauna as well, but we didn't use it. Free hot breakfast and free parking. I had called the day before to request early check-in because we were to arrive an hour before check-in and my husband was going to drop off my daughter and I to attend a business meeting. They said it would be no problem. When we arrived, their computers were down so they couldn't check anyone in, but they did let people use the pool while they were waiting to check in. By the time we were done at the pool an hour later, they were back working! We also had a great experience on the shuttle. Instead of driving to the Inner Harbor and dealing with parking- which seemed quite expensive- we took the shuttle. It was like a free tour of Baltimore as they dropped people off at the ballpark first. Overall, very good experience at Baltimore's Best Western Plus!

"Awesome"
We came down for an Orioles game, stayed over night and visited inner harbor & the aquarium the following morning. The hotel and staff were amazing. The location is perfect with everything we wanted to do in walking distance. Only constructive criticism I offer is that parking at the hotel should be free for hotel guests.

"Right smack dab in the middle of downtown."
Had excellent stay. The only thing i could say bad is the refrigerator needed to be defrosted. Hard to cool things off when the inside is a sheet of ice. Not a real big deal though. Only had a couple bottle of water in there.

"Nice hotel. Nice price"
We only stayed a night to go to an awesome ravens game where they stomped on the steelers 26-6. Then to an orioles game hotel was in walking distance (approx 3/4 mile) close to everything!

"Great place to stay for a ballgame"
Excellent location for a ballgame at Orioles Park... just a 2-block walk to Camden Yards. Parking is not included in the hotel rate, but it was onsite and convenient. They have a coffee shop, bar/lounge, and a restaurant, and there are other restaurants in close proximity.

"Right in the Heart of the Inner Harbor in Baltimor"
Drove in from out of town. Luggage removed from car and car taken immediately by the valet. Checked in and our room was ready so we went right up. The staff arrived a minute later with our luggage and showed us the various features available. Breakfast was delivered right on time and the overall service was outstanding. A very friendly staff.
