"The good: staff friendly, nice having a full fridge, bed was reasonably comfortable. Wifi has no issues.
The bad:
-Room was dusty and not very clean. The bathroom trash was not emptied before my visit and there was actual sanitary product waste in there.
-The room was incredibly small, it felt like a dorm, the tv was at an angle where I had to move around the furniture to see it from the bed, which is the only place to sit except the dilapidated office chair. It was impossible to watch TV while having a meal. I get it's not the Four Seasons, but the layout had zero concern for guest comfort.
-The tv service is outdated, for even a 3 star hotel, a smart tv with access to Netflix, etc is prety standard. Luckily I had my laptop for entertainment.
-The window literally opened to a brick wall. Again, not expecting much for about 100 a night, but this was laughable.
-(minor)the "lending locker"was a joke and entirely empty.
--(minor)i had to ask for a key to the pantry area from the front desk, rather than have my room key work."
