The bed sizes are falsely advertised. The room description said 2 queen size beds. But the bed in the rom were barely full size beds. Its impossible for two adults to sleep in 1 bed. The shower was not clean, it had hair all on the walls and tub.

Roaches on floor, bed had big yellow stains all over the sheets, smoke alarm chirped all night, smelled like marijuana, bathroom door wouldn't close, water was off colored, towels were badly stained brown, front desk attendant was rude and unhelpful.

The unit they put us in smelled terrible. There was some kind of stain on the wall, the toilet seat was loose and practically off the toilet, stains on the comforter…dingy and yuck…but cheap.

The property is old. Overall the bed was clean, but for a king only 3 pillows. Room had a few updates, but the tub was stained. Toilet is very low. Sink is outside of the toilet and tub area. If your looking for a low price room and can handle broken light switch plates, stained tub and base board dirt this place will work for you. Staff was friendly but I had difficulty understanding him. Our room also was on the back side and faced the freeway. Traffic was very loud, esp semi's.

I travel to Indianapolis with my family with a new born baby and 2 little boys, I booked a romm for 2 nigths at this place. When i open the door it smelled like cigarettes and the bead sheets where really dirty i wasnt gonna put my baby in those dirty sheets so i had to go buy some from Wal-Mart. Also the heater wasn't really working so the room was cold as well i end up buying a heater Wal-Mart. The bathroom where disgusting.

This was by far the absolute WORST Red Roof Inn I have ever encountered! I couldn’t wait to write this review. There was urine in the seat, holes in the wall, stains on the bedding, a busted heater and it LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ONLINE! I received refund from our incidentals deposit however still waiting in the 2 rooms I paid for as the supposed manager still hasn’t responded. RUN! Expedia needs to investigate the hotel being in their platform.

Killed 3 bugs in the room. Room was in horrible condition and was not clean. Couldn't take a bath because there was no way to plug the tub. Worst hotel ive ever stayed in and would never stay there again.

Awful room condition
Could be one of the worse-conditioned rooms I've ever stayed in. There were pools of water in the bathroom that we had to keep mopping up with towels. No internet. Security latch on door was broken. No emergency exit procedures posted. Nothing in the room to provide locations of things like the ice machine. TV remote didn't work well.

Worst experience ever!
This was the worst hotel experience of my 49 yrs. For 95$ this is what i recieved. The tub had mold around it. The overhead main lights didn't work. The mattress was old and hard. You could feel the springs in your back and the few pillows that they gave you were razor thin. You also had to slam the door several times in order for the door latch to catch.

I've been to some bad motels, but this one was a broken down mess. From roach problems to not having light bulbs in place, other light fixtures not working, highway noise, amateur repairs on door, mildew around tub, phone cord wouldn't stay in handset, fire detector not working, bed worn out and making noise (springs), other problems...ad nauseum. Made me nostalgic for when I passed a kidney stone!

. You get what you pay for.... NOTHING more. Red Roof franchise just isn't what it used to be. Used to be a nice clean no-frills room for a cheap price. Now all you get is the cheap price. Ok for a bachelor or dude traveling alone. I don't think I'd want to be attached to any women that would be willing to stay there! And any decent parent wouldn't make their kids stay there either. Been staying at this place for several years annually while in town for the NHRA US Nationals. It gets worse every year. Will be searching other options next year. I'm done with this place. Think of it as one step up from tent camping.

ROACHES! ROACHES! ROACHES!
The hotel advertised for $135 for one night probably due to events in the area. While we were there, I checked the site and it was $52. I see why. The room was filthy cover in dirt, grim and dead bugs. I cleaned down everything with Lysol wipes but I had reached my limit with the 50+ dead bugs in the bathroom and the stained, nasty towels. I asked the front desk to send housekeeping and he came. I showed the bugs and he asked what I wanted cleaned!! He sprayed the middle of the floor and half mopped up the bugs. I thought we would be ok but when I woke at 1:20 am to use the restroom, 10+ roaches ran everywhere. I used what I had, which was my febreeze spray and killed what I could. I laid back down and got up about 10 minutes later and there were 20 plus roaches near my bed and the door, which I immediately begin to kill and spray. I that point I could not sleep and spent the rest of the night spraying and killing roaches on the in the room and trying no to scare my children that have never been in a room with roaches. There was no way they did not get into our food and luggage. I had to dispose of all the snacks and when we reached a rest stop, we had to empty and shake out our luggage as to try and not take this infestation into our home. I have never been in a place like this and will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again. I want a FULL refund for this no rest stay!

Not a good look
Did not notice a lot that was a miss until the evening of my final night. Explains why my allergies took a huge hit. Mold(black) on and I'm sure inside wall of sink, bathroom,broke fire alarm, busted lamp shades. No one cleaned room on stay? I assume that's the eco friendly? The room looked more flop house and not a 80.00 night hotel. I'd love to share photos but I'm assuming since it's not allowing me to that it's not an option any longer. Highly disappointed and this was giving the Red Roof a second chance. Won't make same mistake again.

The air conditioner was so loud, it sounded like a plane taking off every time it cycled on. The toilet after flushing and refilling was also super loud. There was only one nightstand. There were no lamps except over the bed. There was no rug or carpet to wipe your feet. The bathtub was gross. There is a shelf to hang clothes right by the sink that sticks out and is easy to crack your head on. The bed was okay. The staff on check-in/check-out were friendly. Only good thing I can say.
