The commode wobbled no water pressure in the sink door didn't lock properly couldn't get AC to work. Staff was rude and not helpful at all. For a Wyndham property it was the worst not up to standards that I am accustomed to from Wyndham property.

Disgusting accommodations. Smelled, dirty room and completely unsafe. We ended up going to a beautiful hotel down the street and did not stay at this property. We showered immediately after getting to a proper hotel.

I wish they would put in their website it’s a $100 deposit wasn’t the best room in the world but it was quiet somewhat clean a few flaws for a successful small business/company they should probably should fix up the rooms the bed was ripped on the bottom they tried to cover it up the rug had a nasty smell to it the bathroom door in my room was broken on the bottom like I said wasn’t the best room in the world but it was pretty quiet uhh I didn’t really get any room service (housekeeper) the staff or the owners were pretty nice but overall I would suggest it if you are on a tight budget like me otherwise idk get a hotel

Worst experience!!!
Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had while staying in a hotel. I don’t usually write reviews but this needs to be heard! Front desk guy harassed me all day about me not paying my deposit but both the room price for 2 nights and the 100$ was taken out of my bank account and had proof. He tried to say my card was declined that if I don’t pay the 100$ I would need to get out!!! So I stayed the one night and had to be out the second night. I’m not from the area and had no where to stay the next night… It’s a shame I was treated the way I was treated. I would never stay here again no matter the situation!! Also the rooms weren’t even worth the price of the stay… Filthy and outdated!!

STAY ANYWHERE ELSE! Run down property covered in dog waste. Room stank of cigarette smoke, even though it's supposed to be a smoke-free facility. TWO staff members (owners?) pounded on my door to find out how many dogs I had, then proceeded to shout at me and forced me to check out early because I didn't let them know I had dogs (they claim they ask everyone, but they never asked if I was traveling with pets; there was alsonowhere to indicate I had animals when I made the reservation). I made a mistake and had my 2 dogs present instead of the allowed 1, but they were very belligerent about it. They threatened to keep my $100 deposit until I asked for their policies in writing, which they could not provide. I understand why they asked us to check out, but they didn't need to ambush me or shout at me or treat me like garbage. The cheap price is not worth the disgusting property or the disgusting staff. Red Roof lost a long-time customer.

The room was dirty, smelled like smoke in a non smoking room, stain on bed, hair in sink, cockroaches in room. peeling paint, hole in chair. The deadbolt would also not engage all the way which made me feel unsafe. By far the worst place I have ever stayed.

if all youre gonna do is sleep and leave then you might wanna stay here but ill never stay here again. i cut my stay short and went somewhere else. i asked for extra towel they said no i asked for an extra pillow they said no the room was dirty and the list goes on and on

For the amount we paid. It was decent. Building could use some TLC. Some sort of chemical or construction smell. Requested a $100 deposit (nothing new) but room information said something different. Reading reviews of previous stays by other people, this place has a continuous habit of taking deposits and keeping them over tedious things such as a candy wrapper. Very uncomfortable for my husband and I.

When checking in was told I needed to but down a $100 deposit. I informed the clerk that there was nothing about a deposit in any information about his hotel and he was not going to allow me to check in. Also, there were no first floor rooms available.
