This place is right off the main drag in what would seem to be an upscale and ascendant suburb of Indianapolis. It's close to the interstate(s) and to local eateries, convenience stores, gas stations, etc. Our room was clean and spacious. It was easy to maintain a comfortable sleeping temp without a lot of noise; the room was pretty quiet actually given proximity to lots of car traffic. The front desk staff was extremely pleasant to deal with. The young lady on shift when we checked had the unpleasant duty to inform us that the pool was unexpectedly closed due to a mishap with one of the juvenile guests, but that was clearly beyond the control of the property and that was literally the only negative.

Toilet didn’t work in room and they just kept giving us a plunger instead of actually trying to help. (3 times) Hair & brown stains on blanket. Nice pool and hot tub, staff was kind but not very helpful

Enjoyed my stay. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Really only complaint I have is the hot water isn’t that strong in the showers and there’s no full curtain in the window so there was a bright light just shining into the room all night. But neither of those things make or break my experience.

I didn’t like the fact that I was woke up out of my sleep at five and 7 AM in the morning to the smoke detectors going right now I most definitely hated the fact that when I got up tried to brush my teeth and freshen up before checking out, there was no water at all at the time that I checked out, there still was no water and I did not like the fact that it was a flood in the hallway at two different spots down from my room and another thing I did not care for the front office staff the guy that was there at my check in time I feel he was rude and nasty acting

It was an excellent stay for the weekend. The room was clean, the kitchen was very convenient and the parking options were nice. Only thing was that the shower head dripped for awhile after each shower but closing the door made it hard to hear anyways. Would totally stay here again.

Staff was very nice and accommodating from the front desknto the cleaners. Walls had a couple dents and the snack area looked like it wasnt restocked since covid. Another problem was side door of hotel would only unlock half the time which was unfortunate due to it being -1° outside. Room was very clean and smelt nice. Bed was very comfortable.

I booked double beds, when I arrived, I received one small bed so my mother and I had to sleep in the same bed and THAT RUINED THE WHOLE TRIP!!! I also purchased insurance on the room that I booked!!! NEVER AGAIN

Of all the open rooms that had to be available I was place joint room with a very loud family. I have never been asked for a deposit but was asked to hold $50 for 10-14 days possibly. The shower head popped off and hit me when I turned it on. Simple fix it was made to be removable but water went everywhere which I cleaned up. The pillows were nice and soft the bed was okay. For the price is was better then most overall.

Light in the parking lot blinking and there was no shade to pull to block it. Smoke alarm in room was missing. The smell of Marijuana in my room was so bad it gave me breathing issues.

A Great Experience
My mother and I had the pleasure of staying at Candlewood while visiting for my nephew and her grandson’s college graduation. Actually had a horrible experience with our first hotel but Candlewood definitely turned a bad start at another hotel into an amazing experience at theirs. Derrick, the general manager and Jaylon, the supervisor on duty, gave us excellent customer service and also made sure our experience was great. The rest of the staff we encountered were all great as well but Derrick and Jaylon really stood out and went above and beyond to ensure us a great stay. Really appreciate those gentleman and the entire staff. Thanks for a great stay. Happy Holidays.

So let me start by saying this is an extended stay hotel and the people in there was living they life to the fullest. Hallways smelled like weed, cabinet in the kitchen look like someone can just walk through it, the toilet seat was never cleaned, there was hair in the shower, the towel hook fell off, the silver ware was never properly cleaned, I killed 2 spiders, not sure what the other creepy crawly thing was but killed it, there was cigarette burns in the carpet in a non smoking handicap room and the hallway, last but not least I wanted to get in the hot tub but 3 large men where in there drinking beer and never moved for at least 2 hours. You can assume they were urinating because they never got out. Oh and my room was right across from the pool as they were blasting the music I can hear. Never again will I rent from a 3rd party and get the worst room in the hotel. The staff said they were sold out so they couldn’t change my room. I just left and got a refund from Expedia. Very bad service.

Staff was friendly & courteous. Place needed cleaning & repair--spout in bathroom shower just hanging there by a thread--ready to fall off Terrible internet connection with only 12mb download during both stays over 3 day period--needs to be upgraded before I will return.

Hotel room was sticky and stinky
Hallway and room smelled like pot. pool was not heated. hot tub was broken. toilet ran unless you jiggled the handle. Remote and bedside table were sticky. Would not repeat this experience.
