The free breakfast was horrible! Food was old, just heated, nothing fresh! Food hair in the bacon. For a 5 star hotel, the breakfast needs to be much better. A lot of the amenities from previous years have been taken out. The room needs a renovation, old furniture, used, out-dated. The shower water was warm not hot. Not what I remember Pleiada to be. The room prices have gone up, but the service has gone down!

Very nice and modern property. Excellent rooms and SPA. Great coffee machines in the rooms. Breakfast limited, however sufficient to start the day.

Nice and modern, one of the best in the city hotel. Breakfast is surprisingly weak. Understanding that hotel first should generate revenue, however such poor variety and even quantity especially fruits and sweets is not up to the 5*. Fruit flies (!).

First time at his hotel
Hotel is lovely although a little bit away from Iasi centre, good staff, very clean, good rooms and has a nice spa. However, disappointed with the restaurant- I booked table for 10 to treat my management team. We were put in a basement room next to spa, very poor ambiance, mix of piano entertainment and a table guys watching football very loud, not a pub and and not a cocktail lounge - just dissapointing. Food was only average even though someone had recommended it as being excellent. Service was good though. I have been staying in Iasi since mid year but 1st time in this hotel as location was not convenient- I may try it again in the new year. Perhaps Christmas was not best time to visit the restaurant.

I booked a room with 2 beds and it was very small. Also the bathroom was small with a shower only and a very bad odor. I was thinking that is a 5 start resort only to gind out that my room was 2 starr.

Having read some very positive reviews I have to say I was a little disappointed. The service in the restaurant was slow, and the food a little cold when served. The air conditioning didn't work properly and when I asked for someone to check it, there was no difference in the temperature on my return to my room. One of the waste bins in the room was not emptied, so for a supposed 5 star hotel the service was not up to standard.

Pleasant stay. All went well.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and its staff. Even though the parking lot was full, they moved their cars and made room for mine - a level of service I would expect from a high-level service. Some minuses: * location is far from town center, if you have a car it's not a problem * the gym is not up to 5* standards; more like up to 3* standards * air-conditioning seemed to malfunction, we could never turn it on; fortunately the weather was not hot

It’s a nice hotel but at SPA they don’t have water to drink ,which i never saw in a 5* , and they ask u to put plastic bags !!! Also the cleaning iof water down , n SPA , is not so often as it dhould be

The hotel is amazing ! The furniture design and the entire hotel is great ! Very clean and confortable. Complementare fruits and water in the room. The breakfast was one of the beste i have ever saw. Great diveristy and very good quality of cooked food, cold food, sweets, juices, coffe. The room service was great, again very good food and amazing quality !The staff was very friendly and warm, always there to help.One of the best hotels i have ever checked in! For sure i will come back evrytime i am in Iasi! So only plus for my experience in this hotel!
