We stayed one night. The room was spotless clean and the food was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great position, overlooking the sea. With close proximity to Hyeres airport. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel was in a great area, was quite and had little shows everyday which was quite nice. The sea water on the hotel side was very nice and the equipments kept us busy, like water bikes, small boats etc. The only thing that i would suggest they need to clean the hall ways and the rooms ceiling which had spider webs and insects. The breakfast was poor there was not much options it should be more items like cheese, olives etc. Overall we had a grear time.

Great view and bed, bath needs work
We booked Plein Sud to have a place to sleep and park our rental car while exploring Marseille, St Tropez, Cassis, etc. The seaside view was picturesque, the bed was comfortable, and room was silent. In October many guests are older, which is why it's so quiet. My biggest critique is the shower, it had bad mildew. I believe they recently replaced the flooring and furniture but didn't remodel the bathrooms. The staff was friendly but their English was poor. We also wished the room had a refrigerator and kettle.

Lovely location, modern hotel
Lovely gardens and layout. Room clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. A kettle in the room would be really good, as would the hotel info e.g. location of restaurants, bars, menus, prices etc as that wasn't easily available (queues at reception).

The manager was not very friendly . . .
The tennis court, the mini golf, the pool, and the beach (with canoes, kayak and paddle boat) were very interesting for us. The dining room and staff were excellent! The water in the bathroom (sink) did not smell good after running the water for a while -- and maybe it was because we stayed on the ground floor. Other than that, we will probably come back to your hotel next year . . . We would ask that we can stay on the upper floors!

Great location, friendly staff. But the hotel looks like an old hospital, and most guests are older people. However we expected that from other reviews, and enjoyed this property nonetheless.

Felt like a holiday camp for old aged. Breakfast poor. Buffet evening meal we tried just the once. Never again. Hotel very tired showing its age.Just not for us.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, à part la douche qui ne se règle pas un coup l eau brûlante et un coup l eau froide un peu désagréable et les chambres faites au moment de la sieste des enfants autrement pour le reste tout était bien

hotel clun tres agreable
nous avons choisis cet hotel pour 3 nuit l acceuil y est parfait les chambres spacieuses et confortables bonne literie acces a diverses activites piscine salle de sport etc.. bon emplacement avec vue sur petite lagune et mer tres bonne situation georaphique que ce soit pour la ville ou pour la presquille de giens tres bon service en salle du personnel attentif tres bon petit dejeuner copieux ainsi que pour la demie pension et repas du soir nourriture relativement variee et tres bonne petit bemol sur les salles d eau meriteraient un rafraichissement une douche au lieu d une baignoire par exemple

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer. Es gibt eine Hotel eigene Lagune. Nicht jedem seine Sache, da es darin auch Wasserpflanzen gibt. Gleich beim Ausgang befindet sich ein schöner Schotterstrand und 5 min entfernt mit dem Auto Le Badine, ein traumhafter Sandstrand. Unser Zimmer war recht neu renoviert und alle Möbel sowie Bett und Bad in eineandfreiem Zustand. Das WC ist wirklich recht eng. Das Essen war durchwegs gut und es gab auch einige einheimische Speisen. Also beim Frühstück gabs nix besonderes, aber ausreichend und auch lecker. Das Abendessen waren eben die unterschiedlichsten Speisen und Spezialitäten. Halbpension kannnich deswegen nur sehr empfehlen. Das Personal war sehr nett und es ging mit Englisch sich zu verständigen. Leider war aber meist alles andere nur in Französisch angeschrieben. Der Parkplatz ist abgeschlossen direkt beim Hoteleingang. Da wir uns eine Orte der Côte d’Azur angeschaut haben und auch einige der romantischen Strassen, direkt am Meer, abgefahren sind, war für ubs eib ordentlicher Parkplatz wichtig. (24h zugänglich) p.s.: Vielleicht lags bei uns an der Jahreszeit (September), aber wir hatten vieöe Gelsen in der Nacht. Also empfehle ich Gelsenstecker oder sonstige Mittel für einen ruhigen Schlaf.

La struttura è situata in una posizione ottimale per chi volesse visitare la penisola di Hyeres perché in pochi minuti si raggiungono tutti i punti di interesse nei dintorni. Purtroppo la struttura è vecchia e gestita male. Colazione ed eventuali pasti veloci molto scarsi. Frequentata principalmente da persone anziane. Peccato perché sarebbe bellissima.300 euro a notte però sono veramente troppi per quello che viene offerto..

Hotel welches man am besten nur einmal besucht.
Das positive zuerst: Das Personal war super freundlich und kompetent! Die Hotelanlage an sich ist ein Traum für Familien, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Essensbereich gleicht einer abgeranzten Großkantine und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Die angebotenen Speisen waren größtenteils schmackhaft. Jedoch fühlte man sich wie in einer schlechten Großkantine. Leider hatte ich ein fürchterliches Zimmer. Alt, abgewohnt und dreckig. Die Dusche und das Bad waren fürchterlich. Mit Abstand der schlechteste Aufenthalt in diesem Jahr.

La chambre proposée ne correspond pas au critères de l'annonce faite via ma réservation Commandé un grand lit, obtenu deux lits jumeaux Me suis retrouvé au RDC vu sur le parking Salle de bain en mauvais état J'ai bien montré à l'hôtesse que cette chambre ne corresdait pas a ma réservation.. Elle m'a dit qu'il ne faut pas regarder les photos à la réservation et pour le lit double que c'était comme ça !!!! Effectivement dans cet établissement ils sont très aimables !! En conclusion je déconseille fortement cet hôtel... Allez ailleurs !!!!

HAMMAM ET SAUNA non ouverts repas du soir boulettes en sauce tomate vraiment pas gouteux!idem pour sauce accompagnant la raie insipide vraiment que de l'eau avec quelques câpres très bienvenues, pas de fruit le soir. petit déjeuner tres bien mais un distributeur de lait et eau chaude en panne sans panneau ;défilement ininterrompu et clients cherchant à tous prix à faire fonctionner l'appareil en vain pendant tout le service devant notre nez!

Je suis resté qu’une nuit c’est difficile d’évaluer l’ensemble du club. D’après ce que j’ai constaté j’ai aimé. L’accueil etait chaleureux. La chambre était propre, fraîche et rangée ! A la salle de restauration l’accueil est familial ! Un des employés a un mot gentil pour chaque personne ! Seule ombre au tableau : le parking ! Il est difficile d’y trouver une place !
