My TV kept searching off and on for 2 days asked for it to be fixed if possible. No help asked to be moved to another room since all the other rooms TV's were working fine was told their were no rooms open when half the place was vacant . I was very patient for 21/2days but on the third day it went to searching form 1pm til I went and asked to be moved at 11pm still no help trying to fix the situation so I turned it off watched my phone and checked out the next morning. Very poor customer service

When I checked in at 2 something the lady was very rude and no where on the online booking did they say there is a 100 charge for if u take something r tare up the place.i tried to explain to her where does it say online bout the charge she she didn't know n I could leave but will not get a refund.And on top of that she charged $120 instead of the $100. on the other hand the Hispanic lady In morning was very nice n apologized for the other one at check in
This hotel is absolutely horrible! Upon arrival they had to switch my room because half the hotel didn’t have hot water. Then as soon as I got in my room I seen roaches. The next day we got up thinking we were gonna get a good breakfast well nope they said they only had coffee smh even though their website says they have breakfast. Over half their employees don’t speak english so on the day I put the do not disturb sign on the door they kept on knocking. I would not stay here again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it either
