The beds were wet and there were long dark hairs on sheets. Staff members were friendly and moved us to a new room. It was very late by the time we realized the beds were wet and an inconvenience and gross. This is not the quality expected from this hotel.

I am glad we were able to quickly take care of moving you to a different room, but I know that was inconvenient.Providing the best hospitality is of the utmost importance to us, and to disappoint our guests is troubling. I have researched this instance and have taken corrective action to ensure that no future guest experiences this!We would love for you to give us another chance when you travel to the area again. We enjoyed being near the park with the Christmas displays. Very walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Hotel was nice.

Fun spot to see Huntsville
Great location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Staff was very helpful. Great music in the bar in the evening that we were there.

The Bar Vista had a private event and the wait staff for the restaurant were a no show. We had to find another place to eat at another hotel. The front desk receptionist, Sam, was very friendly.

Cheap furnished
My stay was on a weekend and next to the Von Braun center so I expected the cost to be higher. The room was new, 4 years old and clean, the bathroom was nice and modern. The bed was very firm, the room had a couch that made a bed but was hard as a rock with a plastic type cover. The chair was even harder. The room was a suite, that was small, furnished with what I consider cheap uncomfortable furnishings. You are charged 10 dollars per day for self parking (this is Alabama people) just not right.The staff was very friendly and courteous, I expected more of the room for the money I paid, no matter the location. We have stayed in low cost suites that was more comfortable, also they only have maid service every other day.

Walkable to all things downtown Huntsville
I love this hotel, we have extended family that live in Huntsville and this was our second stay here. It is convenient (walkable) to all things downtown Huntsville has to offer, restaurants, museums, Big Springs Park, the arena, and the performing arts center. The hotel itself is slick, with big rooms, clean lines, and modern amenities.

The hotel was situated in a safe area of town, and the property was new. The walls were paper thin, and I could hear voices loudly from the hall, possibly next door. The room was clean, but the towels were not good quality and a bit tattered. I kind of expected a bit better; I chose to pay more than the two nearby hotels for a better experience.

This property is in an excellent location across from the Big Spring Park. We were able to walk to all our restaurants in Huntsville through the park. Parking was convenient and easy.The room is spacious and I particularly liked the long space for suitcases and that it had a small sitting area.

The hotel was in a good location and everything was great. The only problem was when we went to the bar at around 11 on the night of our stay. We sat there for a good 5 or s minutes and the bartender ignored our presence. The gentleman she was talking to beside us told her three times that it looked like we needed a drink. She still ignored us. We left and heard her say thank you as we left. I guess we were not worth her time. It really irritated us.

Great property, one of the best I have visited in a long time. Enjoyed the staff and the friendly atmosphere. Everyone was very thrilled to interact and make sure all of ours needs were met. Will definitely return in the future.
