"The property far exceeded my expectations. The unit was spotlessly clean and had everything and more in the kitchen. The fireplace made it cozy and inviting and the view was spectacular! Only issue was the shower head...could be replaced with a newer one. Other than that, an excellent place!"

"My adult daughter and I were totally pleased. The house was all that was advertised, and more. Clean, comfortable, very well-furnished kitchen. The description stated that there was no central heating, only a space heater. So we were pleasantly surprised to find a gas-powered heater in the living area that kept the house really cozy, even the bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. "The house was comfortable and very conveniently located close to the beach. The bathrooms were clean and modern. The only complaint was the lack of a non stick tub liner.The tub was very slick and could have used a grab bar as well. The kitchen had new looking appliances; the fridge was large and the the stove had double ovens. The bedrooms were comfortable, and lacked only screens on the windows. All in all we were pleased with the rental and would return."

"Perfect little coastal town rental, close to the beach and a few minute drive to Seabrook. The rental was clean, had all of the amenities we needed and had a nice little courtyard view. The only suggestion I have is for more comfortable furniture in the living room - the patio style furniture wasn’t very comfortable for relaxing by the fire and watching a movie. Otherwise, a great stay! Thank you!"

"We have stayed in Seabrook previously, but now that we’ve visited this particular property can’t imaging wanting to stay anywhere else. The location is perfect for the view and easy access to the beach and restaurants and market. "Fantastic view. Clean and comfortable. Better than the photos. Easy path to the beach. We stayed only 3 days and wished we had stayed for a week. The drive to the national park hikes was a bit long, but the view was worth it. The driveway did not fit two cars, but we were able to park one in the garage. WiFi was not great, so it discouraged working while on vacation. We would definitely stay here again. We did not use the basement rec room or the hot tub, but they were available."
