Cute and cozy unit, VERY clean! Kitchen was well stocked but we didn't cook since we spent time at Family's houses. Recliner and couch are super comfy!! Appreciate the Box fans. Safe and Secure, appreciate the guard shack.

My wife and I decided to make our first trip ever to this area. Condo was absolutely perfect and exactly as described. We drove to Epcot for a day and then just hung out in Hudson the other 2 days. Great little place to stay

It was a very peaceful place for me to go and just relax. I love the fact that there was a 24 hour person posted at the gate to monitor who goes in and out. The only negative for me was that the pool was not open. Apparently the pump was broken (which can't be helped) but it had been closed for 4 weeks. The only thing I said that I wanted to do when I went there was visit my friend, and go in the pool. I didn't want to do anything else but those two things. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that it was closed. Having said that, I still relaxed and enjoyed my time there. I loved the condo which was clean and perfect for me. You really can't beat the view. The host was quick to respond to me when I told him the AC quit working on my second to last day. I am planning on returning next year. I will just call and check on the pool status before I go next time.

Best View in Hudson
Enjoyed our stay at the Gulf Island condo. The Gulf view from the balcony was outstanding. We saw dolphins daily and several manatees during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. The bed was comfortable. We would stay at this condo again.

Great place for our little family reunion!
We stayed from Thursday through Sunday. The view was very nice to wake up to and enjoy while there. The furniture on the balcony was comfortable and we enjoyed our coffee while looking for dolphins and other wildlife. The condo had everything we needed for a short visit. There were some things that needed updating in the condo, but it wasn’t that big of an issue. Overall, very happy with the condo. Thank you!

Very nice accommodations
Property is as described. It was very clean and comfortable. The combination lock was very convenient as there were no keys to keep up with. It rained every day that we were there so we did not get to walk the trail around the lagoon, but we enjoyed the beautiful view and enjoyed watching the wildlife, including dolphins at high tide. It had everything we needed and we loved the recliner and reclining sofa. Would definitely consider renting this again if we are ever in the area.

Piece of paradise!
The condo is perfect in every way. The entire property is clean and beautiful. The pool and beach area most relaxing. We were content to primarily sit on the balcony and decompress. Aron was quick, polite, and very thorough with his responses. I look forward to my next trip.

Great Place to Relax
Amazing views, huge outdoor pool, nice walking trail where we encountered neat wildlife. The actual condo was exactly as advertised. Easy communication with the owner. You have to drive a short distance to actually enjoy a beach, but we thoroughly enjoyed this escape.

Beautiful location for the views.
Great condo for the price, beautiful view of the Gulf! Good for 4 people but not any more. It’s about an hour drive to most attractions like clear water beach and Busch Gardens. The best beach is CALADESI ISLAND at Honeymoon Island, absolutely beautiful place to go. The master bedroom is only a queen, a king would be great to have but for the price the place is wonderful. The condo is well maintained and secure. No issues at all. Thanks so much…..

Breathtaking views!
We had such a great vacation! Condo is roomy and peaceful with a tremendous view from the balcony. Critters galore: birds, crabs, dolphins, ducks, manatees, sea snakes and more. We actually caught crabs right on the property. Security at the gate was friendly and helpful. Close to the beaches and attractions. We took a dolphin tour boat & bought sponges in Tarpon Springs. Toured the swamps in an airboat at Lake Panasoffkee. (Got to hold a live, good sized alligator!) Explored the springs on a glass bottom boat in the Silver Springs State Park. Hated to leave and definitely will be back.

The neighbors we met at the pool were so friendly and the pool itself was awesome. Excellent restaurants in the area, and we saw dolphins and a baby sting ray from our balcony. Great spot!
We fell in love with Gulf Island last year and booked another condo within a week of getting home. It was a great two bedroom, two bathroom. Plenty of space, big kitchen, nice patio overlooking the lagoon and Gulf of Mexico. The pool is huge and warm and there are lots of chairs and tables. The fitness center is pretty decent although two out of three treadmills were out of order. The property is absolutely gorgeous and quiet, minus the barking dog upstairs from us 😂

We enjoyed our time in Hudson! Loved the views! Saw dolphins right outside our condo! Even enjoyed our morning coffee on the nature trail as the sun was rising! Our weather could have been a bit warmer.. but definitely better than Minnesota! We definitely enjoyed Florida!

Very nice condo with a unique and great view. Super clean, well stocked, updated and comfortable. Check in was our only complaint. Guard at gate had not been notified we were arriving. When we got to the unit, the electronic door code had not been set. When I called property manager, he responded "oh, were you arriving today?" Once inside we had no internet or wifi so TV would not operate. Called property manager and found out they had changed the wifi password but failed to update the information in our emails or inside unit. Great unit...but irritating to have such a hassle arriving.

Sorry to hear that your check-in was unpleasant. The paperwork was sent to the guard via email but they didn't have the pass made on time. This happens from time to time . The new guards have been undergoing proper training and they are now up to speed. There is nothing wrong with the TV and it is not connected to wifi. It has a cable box that needs to be turned on for the TV to work. The Router was replaced few hrs before the check-in so there was a slight delay in updating the password info via the email and my apologies for that. This was corrected immediately. Everything is now in good working order.

Everything was just as stated. We saw dolphins in the lagoon, the salt water pool is relaxing (although very little coverage, so go later in the day), the nature trail is nice (longer than you think), and the property itself is pleasant.

The condo and overall property were wonderful. Very clean and comfortable unit - tasteful décor and recliners were great for relaxing. Everyone we met was so friendly and warm. So many different activities to do if you have interest - game room, pool, pickle ball that is played every morning and they are willing to teach you. :) The nature walk was my favorite, we walked out every morning and saw dolphins swimming about 10-15 yards off the shore of the nature walk look out point. We are already talking about going back again.

We so appreciate owners who offer the use of their units in this lovely location. Our third stay at GIBTC in a different unit each time. This was exactly as pictured. Most private of all 3 with no view of open balconies to right or left. Close to elevator and laundry but no noise from either. Comfortable bed and living room recliners. The facility was nice: good location, very attractive lagoon, good amenities. On the downside, we couldn’t get main TV to work. Blinds in the MBR broken, not usable. Inadequate lighting; bedside lights in MBR are yellow; poor for reading. Two chairs on porch were broken; dangerous if not tested. Paperwork was not ready at checkin @ main gate.

We appreciate your review. The old TV has been replaced with the bigger brand new TV. The blinds in the living room and the dining room have been replaced with state of the art roller shades. They look really nice now. The broken chairs have been removed and replaced with new ones.

Pro's: The condo was roomy. Queen bed was comfortable. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen. Sitting on the patio and watching dolphins early in the morning was great. Very quiet complex. Great having a private bathroom in each bedroom. Con's: Blinds in the living room broken. Kitchen did not appear to be very clean. Stuff left in the refrigerator from previous renter. Elevators broke down the last two days of stay and carrying luggage down 4 flights of stairs.....not too much fun, however, this is not the owners fault. Also, the front bedroom is very loud due to the air conditioner. We did not use any of the facilities while visiting, but they appeared to be well taken care of. Was nice having a guard at the front gate. Made it feel safe for two women staying alone and coming home late at night. All in all, this was a nice condo and we had a good stay.

The blinds in the living room and the bedroom have been replaced with state of the art roller shades. They look really nice now. Sorry to hear that you found the fridge to be not very clean. Not sure how that could have happened. Our housekeeper takes pride in what she does. I had the maintenance personnel check the ac and he said there is nothing wrong with it. I still had him service it.

We had a great time at the condo. It was clean and well maintained. The weather was a bit cool and rainy the week we were there so we took advantage of the game room where they had pool tables, Foosball, ping pong, air hockey and table shuffle board. The kids loved it. The kids also swam in the heated pool which was a plus since it was chilly out. We'd certainly go back to this condo in the future.
