Great value breakfast! Lots of options for breakfast. Workout room subpar, treadmill TVs not working. Room was clean and well maintained, spacious. Generally, a great stay and good value.

Hotel stay of 3 nights was a bit disappointing. Issues: TV/desk chair didnt work well, front desk was either not available or took several hours to respond to any request, initial shower gel stank like rotten eggs and had to be replaced. Area is noisy: demolition nearby, road noise from cars outside/freeway and heard neighbors upstairs walk loudly. Only positive is the hardworking housekeeping staff, did great cleaning, friendly and could see them throughout the day working around the hotel. It's close to galleria area but we wont stay again.

A lot of restaurants nearby, property seems a bit dated but clean. No parking near the hotel so you have to pay for the hotel garage which is gated, safe, and convenient. Overall a good place to stay in the city.

I would of gave this hotel a 5 star all around it’s just that my first night my room AC was not working had to switch rooms but after that everything was great accommodation was met when I needed it staff at the front desk was awesome.

Loved my stay! The surrounding area was filled with lush green trees and gorgeous architecture, while also being in close proximity to the water wall and a few parks worth visiting with your family or your loved one for a quiet lunch. It wasn’t a big deal to me but I do mean to mention the entrance gate to the parking deck is cut off so you have to go in and out of the exit side.

We were comfortable enough. The gal at the desk was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good but not great. The sound from the streets came through the windows and it is busy city noises. There might have been some mold on the bathroom ceiling. There was some sort of pipe that drained water into the shower from time to time that made noise and likely contributed to the mold. But the room was what we were expecting, the bed was not uncomfortable and we had no issues with other guests or the staff.

As soon as walking in Hotel, it had a terrible smell. Hotel room had a bad smell as well, there was hair in the bathroom sink, huge fire ants in the restroom. Opened blinds and checked window because it had a manual lock. The window wasn’t locked easily pushed it up the screen was torn so would’ve made easy access for someone to enter through window the area we were facing looked like an empty lot with tents back there. No full lent h mirror in the room. House keeping knocking on our door at 6am waking us up even though we had our do not disturb sign on. Just a terrible experience very uncomfortable thankful it was only for one night but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The window lock in my room was broken. There was dirty, stinky, sewer water outside of my room. We arrived at our room one night and a HUGE cockroach or some other nasty bug ran across the floor. We had to notify the desk twice about the issue before they came upstairs and sprayed the area where the bug could be. We checked out after that incident.

The property is an old building but it was overall a nice place. The staff was great. It would be nice to have ice machines on each floor instead of only on the first floor. The selection in snack pantry was minimal. I think it needed to be restocked. Overall I wouldn’t have a problem staying there again.

I almost don't want to say what a great place this is for fear the next time I want to stay it will be booked already. The only glitch was: checkout was at noon and the room keys were deactiviated at 11:00.

Good hotel to stay with family
We enjoyed staying with family for a couple of nights. The breakfast is good. Staff was kind speaking. The only reason for 4-start rating - I wish the room had basic amenity of having water bottle(s) and kitchen had cooking oil and cooking pan etc. or if we had been informed while booking so that we come prepare when arrived there and didn't have to run out in cold weather to get them.
